I just love how Chase Tower a.k.a the “Keyhole Building” lights up back to the original yellow lighting at night instead of that unnecessary blue lighting. I’m glad they changed it back. 😃

Now I’m wondering for those of you who do still listen does anyone know what in the world is going on with the show? Between Trey leaving, Kidd TV shutting down I’m just curious. Anyone have a flower delivery service? How much is it?

I've been trying to figure out where people who work regular 9–5 jobs can swim laps during the week.

I live in East Dallas and work in the Downtown/Arts District area. Before starting my new job, I was swimming at the Lake Highlands YMCA, but their lap swimming schedule is pretty inconvenient for anyone working regular office hours (that does not have the will to wake up at 5 AM). The pool is basically only available very early in the morning or during a short evening window (7:30–8:45 PM).

I've been looking into alternatives, but most of the options I've found seem to be out in the suburbs. Ideally, I'd love to find a pool where I could swim after work, around 6 PM, without having to drive too far out of my way.

For those of you who swim regularly and work full-time, where do you go?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any workout classes that are geared towards people who are chronically ill? Specifically I have rheumatoid arthritis, PMOS, hashimotos and POTS (docs think it’s pots at least, still figuring it out)

I try to do work outs at home but it’s less enjoyable and I think having a place to get out of the house would be nice. I used to be incredibly active before the POTS got a grip on me lol (rock climbing, skating, silks)

So I’m looking for maybe a very chill Pilates, no yoga sadly, tried that at home recently and it didn’t go so well.

Just wondering if anyone has any places that are supportive like that. Or if anyone has the ability to make a class like that LOL
