I’m a single mom currently going through a divorce and trying to repaint my home on a budget. I honestly didn’t realize how expensive paint has become! I stopped by Sherwin-Williams today, and one of the employees suggested ordering through a contractor to get better pricing.
I would be incredibly grateful if anyone would be willing to help me out or point me in the right direction. I’m purchasing the paint myself and just hoping to save a little where I can.

Heyy looking for someone around here (I don’t mind driving out of mckinney) that can do alternative/vivid color services. I just want some chunky red and black highlights but I can’t seem to find anyone good in a decent price range. I'm looking for a neighborhood or area that will do Halloween, trick or treating, and all of that sort of thing right. For the last few years, we've tried in our neighborhood and street- set up a big screen in the yard playing old Halloween cartoons and movies, with a fire pit, candy baskets, decorations, and all of that sort of thing but it seems like no one else really is interested or cares, and we've kinda lost our motivation to keep trying. Our youngest has been really wanting an "old-school" halloween experience, so I'm wondering if there's any areas here that have things like this on Halloween night. Oh, and also, can we come?? 🙏🙏🙏

I saw this today at Bonnie Wenk park. They were trimming these trees down that did not need to be trimmed. I was just there yesterday and did not notice any low hanging limbs. Why are we doing this after triple digit record heat this summer?? Make it make sense!!!

Hi all. We've been looking at communities around Prosper, Aubrey, and McKinney such as Painted Tree, Eliana, Aster Park and Mosaic. The new Ridgeline community really caught our attention due to its proximity to 75, Erwin Park, McKinney ISD, and property taxes around 1.4% which is low.

The community just started and homes are just being built and we were looking at a new build in the 60 foot lots (in purple). I pulled this image from the developer's website (I couldn't see this from the website of other builders and I can see why) and it seems like the planned 380 overpass with multiple lanes will be at the doorstep of this community. Does anyone know if we're talking less than a mile or somewhere between 1.5 to 3 miles which is what Copilot is suggesting? If it's really close, it might be a deal breaker and explain why the property tax is so low. Just for reference the sales office for one of the builders, Perry Homes, is at 3033 Orienteering Drive, McKinney, TX 75071 and Copilot estimates distance between 0.2 to 0.5 miles to the 380 bypass corridor.

If you folks live in any of the communities I mentioned above, let me know your thoughts as we're still trying to weigh the pros and cons of each. Thanks in advance!

I would go out of my way for the lovely golden treasure chest of flowing consistent yummy cheese guacamole some spice and chips. But the last few times ive been, it’s been clumpy thick and tastes fake too. I thought I was loosing it so went to the plano one, same thing!?!?!?? I cant be the only here right? Am I losing it or have they ruined one great thing they had?
