Evan Hunt questions Keith Self's silence on McKinney recall during town hall
Evan Hunt thinks Keith Self may be reconsidering his involvement in the McKinney recall.
During his latest virtual town hall, Hunt also discussed his debate challenge, campaign polling and why he expects a close TX-03 election.

Election trust is already a local issue in Collin County. Here’s another angle on it.
Sam Nevarez, a political strategist from TX-03, argues that the Trump administration’s decision not to invite OSCE election observers for the 2026 midterms raises a basic transparency question.
He also says plainly that refusing observers does not prove the election will be rigged.
The bigger question he raises is whether outside observation helps strengthen trust at a time when confidence in elections is still being debated nationally and here in North Texas.

Evan Hunt talks Islam, immigration and government reform at McKinney event
Three speakers, three different parts of the November ballot.
McKinney Councilman Justin Beller used his time to make the case against Keith Self and endorse Evan Hunt.
Hunt talked about religion, immigration and changes he wants to see in Washington.
HD61 candidate Brittany Black focused on public schools, health care and affordability, telling the room: “We’re doing everything that we thought was right, and it’s still not enough.”

Evan Hunt says McKinney recall remains a “serious overreach” as petitions enter verification
The signatures haven't been certified yet, but the political response to the McKinney recall is already growing.
Evan Hunt says he will publicly oppose the recall if it reaches an election:
“Getting enough signatures to put something on the ballot does not make the recall justified.”
Justin Beller also weighed in, including some very direct comments about Keith Self and Self’s involvement in the recall.

Kerosene at a pump?
Are there any places you can buy kerosene at a pump? Buy prepackaged in bulk gets so expensive but I’ve yet to find a gas station that has a pump here.

Singles Stuff?
Anything for singles in the Lavon/Wylie/Sachse areas? Obviously the surrounding areas as well. Got out of a long relationship at the end of the last year and it's probably time to start getting back out there again and meeting people.

My AC not working for two days now
I have done the usual maintanance, cleaning, hosing out but still cant work, I am not sure what else I should do?
EDIT: Thanks everyone for the responses and suggestions. i am good now, i ended up getting quotes to my inbox and also contacted Copeland Air Texas to have them check the AC system. Turns out the issue was actually pretty simple. I honestly thought it was going to be something major after having no AC for two days, so I was surprised by how quickly they figured it out. Anyway, I'm just glad to have the AC working again. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to help
