Favorite Space Marine models?
Was just thinking about cool Space Marine models with the new codex. I think the Invictor, Castellan, and Outriders have great aura.
What are your favorite Space Marine models?

Questions Quality question
Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone here has experience with this and could tell me a bit about the quality. How good is it overall? Is it well-made and durable, or does it feel cheap? I'd really appreciate any opinions or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

Rules Transhuman strategist off the table?
So I was mostly engrossed in my Sisters lately but now polishing off the Dark Angels and had a rules question that I hope can get clarified.
In the past, Azrael's extra CP rule was contingent on him being on the table to get the effect, no transport, no reserves. Is transhuman strategist the same? Or can a captain generate the CP if they are in reserve or transport?
Thanks!

Questions Can I bring deathwatch as allies without the deathwatch support detachment?
I have a decimus kill team only and want to bring them now that they are actually tacticus and can benefit from the tacticus firestorm buffs. The app allows me to add them without the deathwatch detachment which seems wrong but they are in the allies section with knights and things so it seems like it's intended and just is limited to the normal allies rules?

Questions Deathwatch Kill Team as Space Hulk proxies.
Hi guys,
As GW never seem to ever be making space hulk again, and I don't have a copy, I've been thinking about trying to make a home made version, using primaris intercessor style marines in tactics armour rather than terminators (for a few reasons, but one being the 32mm bases will work better with Space Hulk tiles, the squares of which are 30x30mm).
I've been trying to find ways to proxy the original models in a logical way. I have an infernus marine for the heavy flamer proxy, but I think a deathwatch kill team might be the way forward to proxy the assualt cannon (heavy bolter), dual lightning claws (dual blades of the headtaker), a sergeant with a sword and bolt pistol.
I noticed though that the Marine with the heavy bolter is on a 40mm base due to being in Gravis. Does anyone know if he might be able to fit on a 32mm base, or if this would look ridiculous?
Not sure what to do about the librarian yet, so if anyone had a suggestion about that too please let me know.
Thank you
Tldr: would the marine in Gravis armour in the Deathwatch kill team box fit on a 32mm base, or will this look ridiculous?

List Building 2K Blood Angels – first game with the new Codex, looking for some list advice
Played my first game since the new Codex dropped last night and got thoroughly beaten by Chaos Daemons.
My opponent was running a pretty extreme skew list:
- Skarbrand
- Be'lakor
- Bloodthirster
- 2x6 Bloodcrushers, one with a character (cant remember name, skulltaker??)
- 1x3 Bloodcrushers
- Flesh Hounds
So I'm not particularly worried about losing to that, but it did highlight that my list didn't feel like all the pieces were working together particularly well.
My list was roughly:
- 2x Jump Captains + 3 Sanguinary Guard each
- Librarian + Ancient + 10 Assault Intercessors
- Sanguinary Priest + 6 Bladeguard
- 5 Jump Intercessors
- 2x Brutalis Dreadnoughts
- Redemptor Dreadnought
- 3 Eradicators
- Impulsor
- 2x Scout squads
Furious Assault on the Assault Intercessors and both Sanguinary Guard units, with Artificer Sarcophagus on both Brutalis.
The Redemptor and Eradicators/Impulsor were the main pieces I was experimenting with. My thinking was that they'd give me some ranged threat and anti-tank alongside the melee pressure, rather than going completely all-in on combat, but they fell a bit flat, not helped by some impressive invulnerable saves from Skarbrand.
I have around 350pts to play with, more if I consolidate the 2 sang guard units into a single squad and drop a captain.
More interested in what people would change to make the army work better as a whole with the new Marine rules, happy to buy some new units but I have a tournament coming up in Jan and need to get painting, so a full rewrite of the army cant be on the cards.
