So my aunt's been a doctor for 20+ years now. Earlier she used to work as a consultant doctor in a hospital but she started her own clinic around 5 years ago. I'm not just saying this because she's my aunt but honestly, she's such an amazing doctor like I've genuinely seen her treat everything from acute to chronic illnesses. From normal cold, cough, fever, women's health issues, hairfall, etc to chronic joint pain, bp etc. Even though she's a homeopathic doctor, because of her vast experience, she has expertise in general medicine as well. She's also recently started psychology treatment and therapy (mostly for adolescents and their parents) and the results are very very satisfactory.

The issue is, despite being so good at what she does, she has very less patients. I made her Google profile page 5 years ago, but it never got her the patients that it should have. Almost all of her patients are through word of mouth. Her clinic location recently shifted and the new place is much nicer than the last one but still no patients except the current ones. She has a 5.0 star rating and 10+ reviews. When I checked the stats for her google profile, it said that over the last 6 months, 700+ ppl had viewed it and 200+ had asked for directions. Then how come not even 10% are being converted to actual patients? Just over the last month, 40 people had asked for directions, but she hasn't had over 2 walk-in patients. What do I do? How do I bring in more patients? I just genuinely want her to get the recognition she deserves. Please help me out.

Now I think whoever did this didn't steal but was envy of my bike cause he didn't steal it just punch the knuckle guard broke it and left it there, just out of pure envy and jealousy.

I genuinely think that pune people are the lowest standard people I have met during my whole life in India.

I'm not sure if this is the right sub for this, but honestly, I just wanted to put this out somewhere.

Life's been feeling a bit too overwhelming lately. Work, responsibilities, family expectations, business… everything feels like it's piling up, and I'm just mentally exhausted.

I don't want advice, motivation, or a lecture about how everything will be fine. I just want to get out for a bit, sit somewhere peaceful, and not have to think about anything for a while.

If you know any quiet places in Pune where I can just sit, be by myself, and have some peace, please suggest them.

And if anyone else is going through something similar, I hope things get easier for you, too.

Got a call today for NA plotting project by Nivaan ( some Chugera developers) and they are launching NA gated plotting project in Kesnand ( which is Wagholi or may be new Kharadi ?? )

Rate they are quoting is 9k-10k per sqft. Is this rate justified ? and its not that kind of negotiable.

I just checked some old videos around covid period where in same area NA plotting rate was 2.5K.

We usually send about 20kg+ of parcel during festivals to family in the USA, we used Blue Dart / DHL. The parcel contains some local shopping, spices, and stuff.

Their charges are on a higher side always but reliable none the less, so do you guys know any service that's reasonable, reliable & also because this year tariff shit has started how do we bypass that.?

I used to live in Pune and rented an apartment in Marunji. I vacated the apartment in April and was supposed to get back my 35K security deposit which the apartment owner said he'd return in a few days.

It's been over 5 months now and he keeps on saying he will pay next month, in 3 days, on 12th, on 15th, etc....

I am fed up of it. I feel like he will only return the money when I'll go personally in Pune which would be only after December.

Is there an legal action I can take against him such as police complaint from my hometown in Uttar Pradesh? I also thought I'd hire some bouncers to go to the apartment and ask the owner to pay immediately, but I'm not sure how much do the bouncers cost.

Is there anyone who can help me what to do? Is there anyone nearby Marunji who can go with his friends to intimidate the guy and ask him to pay me back. I'll pay you for the effort.
