He was rescued from the streets of Pune when he was just a couple of weeks old, after his mom passed away in a hit-and-run accident. Because of this, his immunity was low, but since then he has had amazing vet care (thank you, Tranquil Paws), lots of food, cuddles and love :)❤️

He's all grown up now and is up for adoption in Pune, Mumbai, and other nearby cities. 📍

Sutli is very friendly around hoomans, as well as other animals, and adjusts very well to new places. He's also pee-pad trained. 🐾

He has been dewormed and has received all of his vaccinations.

I'm looking for a genuinely committed adopter who can give this little guy a safe and loving home.

So I was looking for a flat in pune and I came across many people and one of them was these fucking guys!!
They were giving very nice deal a totally furnished flat in a very good society riverdale grove under 30k.
I was new so I had no idea about this thing.
Now I was impressed I made the deal and paid them the amount and said they will give me the keys after 2 days
What mistake I did was I became greedy seeing the flat and I paid a totaly of 80k (2month deposit plus rent) I kkow I was wrong bt oh the guy was so manipulative and it was my first time dealing with all these
Then the day he was giving keys he started getting exercises that owner isn’t responding out of station
Thenn said the NOC of flat isn’t there will do in 2 days
1.5 month passed went to his office said will give another flat immediately on same day.
But thanks to the person showing me the flat he texted me saying that this man is fraud n he will never give the flat.
Then I came across 2-3 person their refund are still pending of 1lakh/70k/90k a lot of us book ONE SAME FLAT and now that flat is rented out by the original owner.
They say they are infinity99 realty firm but no their name is different it’s PROP AMORA.
So pls don’t fall for these idiotic guys.

Me and my girlfriend have been trying to find a place together and I genuinely didn’t expect this to be such a headache.

Some brokers are completely normal until they realise we’re not married. Then suddenly the attitude changes. One guy literally stopped replying after we told him we were looking for a place together. Another kept showing us these random options that were nowhere close to what we had actually asked for.

And it’s so weird because we’re literally just two adults trying to rent a house. We’re not asking anyone to approve our relationship,right?

At one point we just got tired of dealing with brokers and started looking at places ourselves. Using housiey rn while doing that and the virtual visits were actually a life saver because we could see a bunch of places without having to deal with someone deciding whether we were “suitable” tenants first, jeez.

Still looking, but honestly the broker drama has been more exhausting than the actual house hunting.

Has anyone else in a live in relationship faced this? And if you have any house hunting tips for Pune, PLEASE help.
