The best gifts are the ones you would like for yourself and this knife is one of those gifts.
Every father should get a little treasure like this from his offspring, so what are you waiting for? Give your dad a knife and a hug (but not both at the same time).

had this paramilitary 2 for almost 2 years now! my first "good" knife and the only knife besides my grandpas Gerber silver knight that i haven't misplaced permanently. this knife has been my edc and everyday i still enjoy carrying just this. Ive switched the scales a few times as you can see lol.

Decided to make a kydex press and try to make my own sheaths. This is the 2nd attempt, first was a taco style but didn't turn out as well. Really wasn't too hard but could tweak a few things, can't wait to try some of my other knives

My buddies and I all got smocks and customized them! Which one do you all think is the best looking?
We’ve made a bet, of course everyone thinks theirs will win haha. Thanks everyone!

i am new to knives, i rarely use them but i am trying to find more reasons to use them. anyways my great grandfather and my dad both had knives and i feel as the holiday season approaches between my 15th and 16th year, it would be cool to have one of my own, its around the time my dad got his.
after some research i found the Kaufman Hochstaße 55 Katze (K55K) i found some stuff about how american GIs or smth realy liked them in WW2 and stuff, and it dosent have that cheap look some other knives have, its got good ratings and its in a fair price range but i need the opinions of people who are realy into knives.
also if you wanna seee the knives my dad and grandfather had ill show them, i am more interested in finding out what the older loooking one is but that more of an optional side quest if you realy wanna help me find that out.
anyways please give your opinions and ill check back tomorrow or the day after to see the collective opinion.
thanks ahead of time!

I am now the proud owner of a benchmade Osborne. I bought it off my coworker for 130$ and it’s never been used! I never really would have went out and bought this from Benchmade because I think Benchmades are a little pricey for me, but I bought this from my coworker cause he’s getting a new job and I figured it would help him out.

I was going to post a different knife today. I figured since I bought this one today I'd do it instead. I have quite a few Buck knives. This is the 1st with a box 🤣. I always grab them when I see them. Classic American knife!! I haven't cleaned it yet. I'm sure it'll polish up nice. The blade is in great condition. I'm going to try and guess the date because I'm not too familiar with them so, 1972 ish.If I'm wrong please correct me. Have an amazing day!!

Some scales a fellow Redditor u/SlickShoes17 sent me to try and laser for them . Came out absolutely beautiful.

Thought the handle looked a bit plain, so I decided to get some custom engraving done. Overall, I’m very happy with it!

Hello! My wife and I are planning to buy a knife set and she found 2 sets online and at first glance they look high quality but I don't know much about knives and how to assess them so I'm here to ask about them are these good? The price isnt an issue if you can recommend something with good quality and similar looks

Hola amigos.

Just came in today after hanging out in LA for two weeks. My first titanium scales, crossbar lock, and M390 steel. It is a Chinese made knife but the attention to detail seems high. I paid about $100 for it on the manufacturer‘s website. It is extremely light!

Been wanting to add some HAP40 to my collection. I just scooped this Delica Pakkawood on eBay. Ive mainly looked for the Endela Pakkawood version but I’ve had no luck finding any for sale.
The Delica was listed as BNIB with a $225 buyout. I offered $195 for the hell of it and won. Came out to about $205 shipped after tax.
I know they retailed for $130-150 about 8 years ago, but how limited are the Pakkawoods? I can hardly find any for sale. Did I over pay much? Thanks gang
