Screenshot Badges need to be nerfed (as a source of income)
I just bought this thing for 5g. I'm literally selling it in Tulaytulah! I can't even wear it because I don't have that as a holy site!
e: Just got two more from a single trip and sold both of them for 80g and 84g. Forget contracts, I know how I'm making my money this run.

Screenshot Obituaries gotta be ragebait at this point...
This guy single-handedly united Italy, became the pope of a new religion that conquered Europe, destroyed the Papacy, restored the Roman Empire.....and the only thing this game could think off, is that one time he banged a former concubine like a month after he had dismissed her?
Are you f****** serious??

DLC Why this decision exists?
R5: I was playing as the bishop of munster and when I'm annoited as Archbishop of Cologne apparently I can take a decision to bypass the college of cardinals and become pope claming that I'm faithful (which is like 1 peregrinage to get it) and I have a holy site (not even Rome btw). Who in the god's creations decided that this decision make any sense?

Warhammer: Geheimnisnacht Geheimnisnacht update
I'm one of the lead developers working on Geheimnisnacht for CK3!
Since the mods revival earlier this year, our team has been hard at work under new leadership, with new developers joining us along the way.
Today, we're excited to showcase our newly implemented Race and Bestiary system!
The Bestiary offers lore tidbits and insights into the various races and cultures that inhabit the world.
It provides information about the unique physical characteristics of each race and keeps track of which cultures are currently present on the map, as well as those that have yet to make an appearance.
We're also recruiting!
We're actively looking for people who are familiar in Paradox modding who would like to help us expand the mods content and bring the world to life.
We're also looking for:
2D and 3D artists who are interested in contributing to the project!
Writers/scholars who are familiar with the setting and has a grasp of the lore.
Event Writers who wants to write events for added flavour/fluff to the world
Men at arms coder who has an interest in the army side of the setting
P.S. The race icons and descriptions shown are placeholders and do not represent the final product.
EDIT: If you are interested in joining head over to the discord and send a message in the application chat

Discussion With Silk and Silver releasing in 1-2 months What runs are you planning?
I want to attempt either a Republic run on the steppes and make it a bunch of different cultures by starting as a adventurer and collecting different cultured followers to then land.

Screenshot Got it again. Thank. God. (Alone).
Made a post about this abhorrent and blasphemous spelling error pre-dlc. The devs listened. Christ be praised. Long live Pope Leo.

Help genuinely been beaten by the ai for the first time
i have no clue how im meant to beat this mega byzantine empire, they have had like 10 generations of conqueror leaders. and could probably form roman empire if i wasnt there.
they have 3100 kataphraktoi(like how do i beat that)
how do i recover from this and come out on top?
side note: why is inheritable conqueror standard?

CK3 Persian culture might literally as well be Andalusian culture.
Garden architects: Self explanatory. Andalusians had magnificent gardens
Futuwaa: Al-Andalus is documented to have had futuwaan fighting clubs.
Water rituals: Self-explanatory.
Irrigation experts: Just look at the marvel of irrigation engineering that was Al-Hambra. Andalusians were masters of irrigation.
Beacon of Learning. Al-Hakam II created a library of 400,00 books. Hisham II was known to be incredibly erudite, and Abd Al-Rahman III used to host debates between scholars. Some of the greatest scholars of the Islamic world were in Al-Andalus. It was one of if not the greatest centre of learning in the islamic world, rivalled by none other than Baghdad.
Enlightened magnates: Makes Poets more common. Ibn Zaydun, Ibn Quzman, Ibn Abbad the ruler of the taifa of Seville, Wallada the Umayyad princess were all phenomenal Andalusian poets, but the list is almost endless. This tradition also enables a new type of tax decree, but why should it be exclusive to Persians, why must the other be locked out of it?
Instead, Andalusians in-game get a weird cheesy tradition which makes mercenaries practically free when coupled with the initial struggle phase, along with 'hit and run tactics', 'ritualised friendship' (another cheesy tradition which allows you to befriend anyone very easily), 'expert artisans', and 'tabletop warriors'.
Meh, it's really doesn't make too much sense imo. I mod Andalusians to have the exact same traditions as the Persians any time I play in the region, I genuinely believe they fit them better than they do the Persians, even if they fit the Persians quite well too.
Edit: Spelling

DLC Patron Gods as a personal Tenet just lets you pick Norse despite not being Norse
I assumed since I was Hindu I would have Bhakti options but apparently it's two decisions, Bhakti and Patron Gods (they overwrite each other based on whichever s the latest)
I don't think this is intended, but sure whatever why not, while Hindu Filipinos worshiping Thor sounds silly, Germanic Christians having "Saint" Ulfr as their regional patron saint doesn't sound *too* bad. Maybe localizing it or filing off the barcodes would be better than removing this funny oversight.

Help Religion spread question
So I took over the Netherlands as a Norse Asatru. Got an event to reform Asatru with no holy sites. If you're wondering it was a hold court event and the King of Sweden showed up worried about the spread of Christianity.
My question is this, can the Arch Bishop of Cologne actively spread Christianity in my held area? Or does it stay Asatru after I convert the county's faith?
