Veeramanis trolling has escalated, pranksters took his public phone number and registered it on hospital and kidney organ donation centers, claiming he was offering a free kidney. It all began when he encouraged by his followers previously crowdfunding ₹6,000 for his trip to Kerala, Veeramani publicly shared his phone number and home address in Anuppanadi, Madurai, asking his audience to send him a box of Diwali sweets.Pranksters misused his information to flood his house with hundreds of fake Cash-on-Delivery orders. Delivery executives from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, and Blinkit continuously lined up at his doorstep.

He was bombarded with expensive electronics he never ordered—including washing machines, refrigerators, smartphones, and a luxury television worth ₹1.69 lakh. In one emotional video, he said 15 massive orders had arrived in just 30 minutes. Now he is seen pleading people to stop showing newspapers of his story published in Kerala, Karnataka and Andra Pradesh. He even vacated his house his house location was made public on Google maps as "Veeramanis house"but his followers seem stubborn and his escape attempts futile because in his latest video he is shown stating his present Hotel as well his room number was made viral.
