Desktop For you tab gone.
Hi, I was a fan of the For You tab when browsing reddit on my PC and then it was gone this morning. Is there a way to get it back?

I keep getting reprimanded on my posts and comments for breaking rules regarding age of account, lack of karma, etc.
How do I build those things up if I'm not allowed to do anything?

I’m using Reddit in Safari on a Mac. I’m new to sharing my own work here and have been trying to post about my startup launch.
I want to understand how Reddit treats self-promotion. If a community allows launch posts, are there separate sitewide guidelines I should follow for my account, posting frequency or links?
Where can I find the official guidance so I can participate properly?

Hey, Redditors!
Even though my account is pretty old, I’m not very active on this platform, so I’m still not super familiar with how things work around here.
I have absolutely no intention of spamming groups or subs, since I know how annoying that is and that it goes against Reddit’s rules. But is it okay to put affiliate links directly in my bio, or is it better to use an intermediary like Linktree or something similar?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help a newbie out! 😊

It seems like not all users or posts have this, but I'm referencing when you reach the end of comments on a post and it just keeps scrolling and shows posts from your home feed.
It breaks immersion so much, I usually end up closing the app so fast.

I forgot my password (I wrote it down but my password book got tossed). Is there a way to change passwords?

I am seriously tired of Reddit subjecting me to A/B tests and then taking away the features I actually like. I’d much rather prefer to just never be subjected to them. It’s incredibly annoying to get used to something and have it change back just a few days after I’ve finally gotten used to it.

Reddit, you took away the following tab for a/b testing and replaced it with the algo feed. I liked the following tab. This sucks. Terrible user experience!!!!

My other account (breadfruit7752) is locked. I got a message that it was precautionary. I filled out the password reset and reset my password but it is still locked. I got no other reasons for it being locked in the message. How can I get it unlocked?

The video from 1989 Tiananmen square is not starting. Is that hardware/software problem? Or is Reddit just taking down some videos?

So basically my main Reddit account got restricted for no reason, I didn't post anything wrong I didn't do anything that should have caused it, so today I made this new account to basically ask for help and see if I can recover my account or is it gone forever.
The account name was: Killz_Orsabs

Hi, I posted a lot of posts in a short period of time, and suddenly my profile picture and bio changed for some reason. I don’t know why. Now, whenever I visit my profile, this message keeps showing up.

I hate the related posts feature. How do I get rid of it?
Trying to find a PM I received about a year ago. Apparently they all got moved to the Reddit chat system but when I open my chats only 3 random old PMs are displayed, all the others I've received are missing.
Did Reddit just delete all of our old PMs when they moved to the chat system? Wouldn't surprise me, this website has been in self-sabotage mode for years.

On my main account I was notified it was suspected of automated behavior, now I can't vote or comment. I'm a regular user with the FocusRed app since it's light weight on my device which is older, but same happens on the website since the flag just a few hours ago.
I tried to verify I'm human with my Google account but get an error. I also tried to setup a passkey from account settings, same error, my device doesn't support passkeys.
What can I do?
(P. S. I believe I'm being targeted by followers of a certain public personality.)

I cannot block anyone anymore. It always says "failed to block".
Is there a limit on how many accounts you can block?

My comments are never visible, even from anonymous browsing. In order to be visible in other communities, each moderator of same communities has to manually approve my posts so others can see.
When I try to contact Reddit help center, it gives me a lot of information, but none of them related to my problem nor there is an option for support contact.
I can't submit any requests to Reddit to resolve it, because it doesn't allow me by saying my account isn't under any suspens nor restrictions.
I had one alternative account on same device, which got ban for "breaking reddit rules". After that, my main account which stayed absolutely clean got in problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I'm noticing on my main page I'm now getting posts from communities I follow that are days old at the top of my feed but this was not the case before. It's extremely annoying to see posts at the top of my feed only to realize it was from 5 days ago and I can't find the setting to fix whatever it is they decided to do with the algorithm.
Is there a way to set it back so my main page is not organized but chaos and randomness vs recent posts from my followed communities?

There is a person who is logging in to several different accounts to upvote their own ideas and comment as if they're a different person who agrees and downvoting people who disagree from these multiple accounts. There are 4 accounts by them that we know of so far. This is not a large community and this clearly vote manipulation and would also fall under "disrupting communities." I can't figure out how to report them properly on the regular form, as there isn't a direct link under Report User or Content. What is the best way to go about this? Another user identified the patterns with same speech and took screenshots, and this person/bot farm is disrupting several communities by doing this.
