Edit* post op - vaginoplasty - I am MtF - I bring that up to add substance to my identity, since it shows a level of commitment and investment. This is not to disparage pre-op people or to glorify this specific type of post-op. It’s a milestone marker to help establish my enmeshment with this community long term, to assuage fears that this advice comes from nowhere.

Edit: Thanks for all the messages, everyone.
For those who asked, my estrogen levels are almost always above 200 pg/mL, and my T levels are consistently below 20 ng/dL. Last time, my estrogen was even around 370 pg/mL. I'm on gel (4 pumps a day, now 3), and until recently, I was taking cypro as my blocker. I had to switch to spiro (50 mg, cause T is suppressed), and lower my gel dose because my prolactin levels were too high.
I don't smoke, I don't have facial hair, I'm doing laser removal, my Adam's apple is barely noticeable, I even have trouble finding it myself. I've been training my voice and have made a lot of progress. Still, these things bother me. I don't feel like I've changed much. I still think my face looks masculine (maybe one day I'll work up the courage to post it...). My breasts only grew for about three months and then stopped. That really bothers me. On top of that, I used to have a big butt, and it's gotten smaller... I'm really sad about it, to be honest. I take 200 mg of progesterone a day, and nothing changes.
Yeah, I have crippling dysphoria. It's not easy. I've never been able to cope with it. HRT is not lifting the mental fog or making me happy the way so many people say it does.
