Pff, reminds me of my ex. She'd block the door with her whole body if I wanted to leave during a fight (usually to take a walk around the block to cool down) or she would just grab my ankles and refuse to let go. Once I managed to escape, and ran. I called my dad to pick me up somewhere. When I saw him I quickly entered the car, but before we drove away, she ran toward the car and burst in.
After I moved into my own apartment and broke up, she'd appear uninvited. I'd let her in out of pity but then she'd create a drama and refuse to leave. Once I just forcefully removed her. Then she texted me that she got sexually aroused by me kicking her out forcefully and wanted to have sex.
I wasn't the best boyfriend either, but I think that physically obstructing one's freedom to leave is definitely abuse. It's horrible and I hated it so much.

I’ve been on a medication for many years and didn’t realize it was depleting my testosterone and estrogen. Im a woman. Even women are supposed to have testosterone, just not as large of a amount as a man.
I was tired, irritable, moody, and had some crash outs that I’m not proud of.After many doctors appointments, a ton of searching online, I started raising my hormones.
The difference was night and day. Looking back on my past behavior and feel mortified.

Used to be crazy too, now I’m just slightly toxic but nobody is perfect. For me when I was young I would go into a relentless rage where the best example of how it felt was like I was turning into the hulk and anything said or done to me just fueled the rage even more. At some point it would get scary and if I owned a weapon I don’t even want to think about what could’ve happened. For some reason with age my mind snapped out of it and I’m pretty chill now.
