I’ve been on a medication for many years and didn’t realize it was depleting my testosterone and estrogen. Im a woman. Even women are supposed to have testosterone, just not as large of a amount as a man.
I was tired, irritable, moody, and had some crash outs that I’m not proud of.

After many doctors appointments, a ton of searching online, I started raising my hormones.

The difference was night and day. Looking back on my past behavior and feel mortified.

So human. The lesson is to grant others some of the grace we’d want for ourselves. My wife just had to suddenly stop testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen. It’s a wild ride. PSA: consider an ultrasound. Mammogram missed it and it’s hormone sensitive.

What helped me is DHEA. It’s sold as a supplement. No prescription needed in most states. There’s also high estrogen foods such as Soy.
