I was just wondering if this is normal for a brand new iPhone 18 PM. I’m at 54% at 8:21pm. This is still better than my 13 PM was because it needed a new battery but I thought I would have more at the end of the night. I haven’t even had it a week yet. I charge it to 95% at night.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and it’s turning green, wtf?

I just got it on Saturday. Manufactured in August 2026. I feel like the battery isn’t nearly as good as my girlfriend’s 17 pro max.

I got the 18 pro max coming from a 14 pro, how do y'all get 2 days of use the 18 pro max its 8:52 for me, charged it to 95% yesterday night and I'm already at 17% after a full day at uni. I feel like smth is wrong with the battery, I did not transfer any data from my previous phone and basically did a fresh start so it cannot be indexing.

For reference I have 10h of total screentime today (I'm a very productive student as you can see)
mostly videos and short content, and it drained 79% of my battery, I did not use cell data since I was on campus wifi. and I've had the phone for a week now.

My guess is it’s trying to auto focus or something but it does not allow me to take pictures.

One of the most interesting pieces of technology on the back of the iPhone 18 Pro is the LiDAR scanner.

Because LiDAR uses its own infrared illumination, it can detect nearby surfaces even without visible light.

Apps can turn this depth information into a visual representation of the environment, allowing you to make out shapes in complete darkness.

Hi! I am just corious as here in Ireland I ordered the glacier 18 pro max nearly 3 weeks ago and absolutely no sign of when that will be delivered.

I got my iPhone 18 Pro Max and there's a speck of dust inside the top camera. Should I get it replaced within the 14-day window, or is it just a lottery?

Upgrading from 15 Pro Max which was the first iPhone I never felt the need to upgrade. Even now, I just traded in my old 12 Pro Max as my wife wanted to keep my 15 PM. Literally was available for pickup the next day in Germany.

I don't know how durable this is or how prone to scratches and damage this is. But for now - sure as hell loving the classy black look! 🖤

Hi, i recently picked up the BENKS Armoredge Air case for 18 pro max, the metal guard for the camera bump is noticeably loose and rattles some.

Is anyone else here using this case that can confirm if this is normal, or if they have the same issues? Google AI is saying its not normal, but I am also reading there are other cases out there like this. Maybe it is by design? It would add a bit more flexibility to the case. TIA!

Does a guide for the most ideal photo and camera settings exist? I have factory settings and want to use the best settings for the best photos I can take if possible!

I’ve taken it to several places and had a few quick photography experiments, I’ve been unable to kill the battery when my 15 Pro would have been long gone. The zoom is amazing, all but one of these photos was zoomed in.

It’s been little effort to capture these, just aim and shoot, though I did adjust the exposure for the fireworks. The colors and clarity of these are all to a scale I don’t think the old 15 Pro could have quite gotten. This is an amazing device. Also the Glacier is everything I’ve wanted, matches my 3 year old Apple Watch band.

This is an interesting take on the durability of the new phone. It’s not enough to make me go without any sort of case, but it is somewhat comforting. I suppose.
