I want to try doing a thing where instead of pretty much only working on big or medium sized animation projects, I instead make an effort to publish one animation and one illustration a month. I still definitely want to work on the bigger things, but it gets kind of boring always working on something but never finishing something.

I’ve been trying to animate with a 2D rig (in my own spare time) and a lot of the feedback I’ve been getting is that it’s stiff and looks rigid. This is my first time doing this kind of animation properly. Any advice for a beginner like me would be really helpful!
