Request Which one is the best mobile farming game?
I kinda miss playing farming games on my phone so I'm trying to decide on which one.
Township, Hay Day, or Farmville 3... ?

Tldr This game is quite frustrating. Not because it’s not good. But because it should have been great. It had everything going for it. And yet a shitty porn prevent it from greatness.
Visuals: quite phenomenal. Playing on an iPhone 14 and the cell shaded graphics with the mood lighting of Asian mega cities is absolutely a sight to behold. Too bad I can’t behold it given how often the camera goes wonky. Really frustrating to be in a fight and your camera decides that the best point of focus is the ceiling. Given the mechanics of the game this is particularly infuriating. To the point where I have died many times over due to (what I believe) camera issues.
Controls: I think this is a very complicated and complex subject. While I did play sifu on ps5 for a little bit I never got to beat. Now that I’m playing it on phone, it feels like the game requires hyper precision/precise inputs , but the performance of the game doesn’t allow for it. Particularly infuriating to die because you didn’t press the exact location for the dodge button.
On top of that, I’ve lost a few lives due to accidentally inputting my press of a button as a swap app input causing me to pause the game instead of block or dodge.
Gameplay overall is quite fun, setting is quite beautiful, sound design is punchy and attacks feel heavy (love throwing bottles) but it really is marred by poor optimization. I find it crazy that in 2026 we don’t have a “performance settings “ dial we can use to improve the quality of the gameplay.
The part that’s frustrating is that i know they can do better. As a game dev, I know it’s not easy to optimize and fine tune but a lot of this stuff could have been averted.
Such a shame that such a cool universe won’t really get explored by me due to me being unable to explore it.
To put things in perspective, I’ve had my fair share of gaming. I’ve played dead cells on mobile, beat blasphemous, have been racing a ton in sonic racing and on console I feel fairly confident in playing difficult games such as dark souls, bloodborne, Elden ring and Rayman haha. I don’t think the difficulty is a skill issue. Rather I think the difficulty is getting the game to work with you

Is anyone else having trouble with the text on 9 Kings? The text seems so small and I'm debating if the game is worth the purchase price, because the text is so tiny. I also admittedly like to play at night without my glasses but most games are easy enough to see the text (I need the glasses to see distance not up close) but I can barely see this even with them.
The game has a fun set up and seems like it has some strong points but the text size makes it super hard to play. Also this is becoming a issue I'm seeing with a number of Indie titles where for some reason the text size is a tiny size.
I'm mostly annoyed that this game should tick so many boxes for me but the text issue almost makes it a deal breaker for me.

So I bought Sifu on Monday for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, had some overheating issues so tried to refund it twice and got rejected. Well not a big deal, they will improve performance over time, right? New update just dropped and apparently now only devices from iPhone 15 and up are supported instead of iPhone 11 and up that was from Monday to Wednesday. Can’t ask for a refund, sent every possibly Kepler support channel and email asking for support/refund but no answer yet. Anyone here in similar situation? I can’t understand how they didn’t realise they need to limit support for number of devices from the start but decided to rug-pull instead.
Edit: Managed to contact them on twitter and it turns out it was a bug, they will issue an automatic refund for everyone that own it on devices older than iPhone 15 Pro.

Seems like the trend died out and the only options are Orna and Pokemon. Say it ain’t so?

Apologies for what I assume is a frequently asked question here, but with Duo preorders approaching I thought it may be one that a lot of people are dwelling on here!
I’ve been an iOS gamer since the Cube Runner days, and while I still am, it’s primarily older titles and a lot of indie roguelikes (Balatro, Slice and Dice etc). However, with the investment of the Duo and the A20 chip, I’d love to dabble a bit more in games that can really push it, but my problem is I have no idea of what the storage requirements of this are.
I’m currently on a base 256GB 17 Pro with 190GB used (although a good 50 or so is “System Data”, so realistically that’s 140GB). Photos are all in iCloud, so it’s only really games and apps that are space considerations for me. Within this buffer I could easily just delete games and videos I’m not using, but I did see that the likes of Saints Row 3 are about 20GB, or about a tenth of my usable data - and I know that Death Stranding etc are even bigger.
My question really is what have your experiences been with storage, and what you would recommend to make the most of iOS gaming. 512GB feels like the sweet spot, but it is a good chunk of additional money that isn’t worth it if it’s just going to not be used. Or maybe even that’s not enough? Thank you!

Games where you just have fun doing nothing. Like farming, flying, anything really. No classic game structure.

I sometimes find myself in the company vehicle in places with no service, but my brain doesn't have the bandwidth to handle an emotional arc or complicated game mechanics.
Thanks in advance!
