I feel like since the sub got big there’s been an influx of dog whistles on here from the cis population. Every time there’s a post where someone is questioning their gender (especially if they may be trans fem) you see the top comments basically saying “noooo boys can wear skirts too. why can’t you just be a man in a dress? don’t transition be who you are” and when trans fems take offence to the “just be gender nonconforming!” replies people act like they’re the problem. 

Also had people here tell me more than once that i should just be a masculine woman. And I am basically grooming my younger sibling (who i know better than a bunch of internet strangers) into being trans because they are showing the same signs i did before coming out.

With this “don’t transition” mentality, cis guys asking me to send t*tty pics, and the unchecked transphobia i’ve been seeing here as well as the highly sexualized chaser memes i am lowkey beginning to feel uncomfortable here.

Also that goes without sayin; FUCK JK ROWLING.
