Hi everybody! I recently went to an aespa concert in Vancouver and ofcourse I recorded all they’re performances , anyways my issue is when I left the concert I IMMEDIENTLY started watching the performances over again, but the issue is that two of my videos don’t have any audio whatsoever, I’ve tried using Apple support, tried asking chatgpt and stuff but no hope, it’s really strange because the rest of the videos have audio just not these two, I’d assume maybe it was because they were too long like 4 minutes but i used to record my college lectures and those were 2 hours plus, anyways I’d really like tog wt the audios back because I really like the songs that were performed and would love to revisit the moment. FYI the first two screenshots show the audio details of the two videos with no sound, the third shows a video with normal audio.

I'm using iTunes on Windows 10, laptop from around 2019 I wanna say. I suddenly got this message yesterday when I was trying to buy music. I've tried everything I feasibly could, including restarting the laptop, closing and reopening iTunes, repairing the app, resetting the app and even redownloading the app and nothing fully worked. Repairing the app allowed me to buy 1 song before the message kept popping up. Anyone have a similar problem or a solution?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 27.0.1. My Bluetooth issues started BEFORE updating to 27.0.1 and have continued after updating.
My AirPods connect for a second, make the connection sound, then immediately disconnect, and audio switches back to my iPhone speakers. Sometimes they connect and work briefly, but stop working again after my phone locks. I’m also having Bluetooth connection issues with my Jeep.
The weird part is that my AirPods work perfectly with another iPhone, and my Jeep’s Bluetooth works with other phones. The problem seems to be specific to my iPhone.
I’ve restarted my phone, reset my network settings, used the Reset All Settings option, and tried just about every other troubleshooting step I can think of. Nothing has fixed it.
Has anyone experienced anything similar or found a solution? I’m running out of ideas!

So I was going to buy something with my credit card on my iPad, which unlike my iPhone, does not have my debit nor my bank account linked to it. I was expecting a payment form to fill out, y’know, insert my card details and everything, but it simply asked for my Touch ID to complete the transaction, as if it had my card’s info on record despite me never saving anything on it.

Afterwards I got a little concerned about where it got the money from. I checked my bank account: no recent purchases. I checked my parents bank accounts (Since I recall using their account to purchase a plane ticket on this IPad once before, but I clearly remember that I opted out of storing their card’s details on this iPad) but no purchases were made there either. I checked and double-checked what I bought (which, don’t judge but I got a few Robux, about 6.99$ worth) and the transaction clearly went through and my balance was updated to reflect it.

I’m honestly pretty worried about where in the world my iPad decided to take some money out of to complete this payment, since I had a similar fiasco like this with my old bank account and I was hoping someone might point me in the right direction, since this is honestly a really strange and baffling situation.

Again, I’ll reiterate: I don’t have any cards, debit or credit, saved on my iPad. There (should be) nothing that my Apple Pay is using to complete this transaction, yet it did somehow

Hello, I’m a professional illustrator and use procreate and an ipad to create my illustrations. Today I woke up and went to used my apple pencil as usual ( apple pencil gen 1 / ipad 9th generation )
It says connected, shows its charged..

But it doesn’t work.
I tap the screen with it and nothing.
I look up possible solutions : I replace the nibs, clean as instructed, charge it more, restart my ipad, reset the bluetooth connection, update the software.

nothing. No signs it recognizes the sensor. Is there any, ANY, potential solution??? I’ll buy a new one soon because I need this to work but idk if theres anything else I could try. Please help!!!

As in people can't hear me talk. I can hear them fine. If I record a video and send it people can hear me fine. if I use my computer to call over FaceTime people can hear me fine. I don't know what's wrong. Phone is the type that uses thumb print to log in. Bought 3 years ago.

I’m dealing with a bizarre and extremely annoying issue on my base iPhone 17, and I’m completely out of ideas.
Every single day at completely random times, my phone starts playing an alarm sound. Here is the catch: There is no standard alarm UI on the screen. I cannot see a snooze or stop button to swipe or tap. Instead, the entire homescreen just visibly shrinks/contracts into itself for a split second, the sound keeps playing, and I have no straightforward way to kill it immediately through the normal alarm interface.
What I’ve already checked / tried:
Checked the native Clock app for hidden or ghost alarms (none set for these random times).
Checked the Health App / Sleep Schedules (doesn't fit, as these alarms go off completely at random, sometimes around midnight or midday, not matching any schedule).
Restarted the device multiple times.
It’s becoming a huge burden, especially in quiet rooms where my phone suddenly starts randomly ringing like a gamble.
Has anyone experienced this specific bug where an alarm goes off without a proper dismiss interface, causing the homescreen to shrink/glitch? Any ideas on how to track down what process or ghost automation is triggering this?

I don't know if this is a relatively common issue, but my iPhone 15 pro went through a few weeks of freezing and losing internet connection which was corrected by restarting the phone. Then one day it just stopped working and no amount of restarting would change anything. It shows that I am connected to 5g but won't connect to wifi or bluetooth and my settings are inaccessible. For whatever reason I am still able to receive phone calls, sms messages, and instagram. I took it to Apple and they said that it is an ongoing issue with iPhone 15's on Xfinity Mobile.

The fix is to factory reset (or something else idk apparently only Apple can do it), and I of course don't know my Apple ID password. I always just reset it when I forget and it's never been a big deal. Since my phone freezes up and I guess logged itself out of my Apple account, there doesn't appear to be a way for me to recover my account without going through the multi-day account recovery process, which seems like insane overkill, especially for an issue caused by Apple/Xfinity. There is no damage to my phone. I understand I am an idiot for not remembering my password, but surely there has to be another workaround here.

Hello! I bought my first MacBook a week ago—a MacBook Air M5—and I've noticed that sometimes during the day, when I try to empty the Trash, the confirmation pop-up doesn't open. When I click it a second time, it still doesn't open, and it usually takes three or four tries for it to finally appear.

Is this a sign that my MacBook is defective, or does this happen to other users too? I have all the latest software updates installed.

Also, if it helps, sometimes this happens right after I turn on the MacBook, before I even open any apps.

Edit. This happens regardless of whether I click it using the trackpad or the mouse.

is there any way to fix it? only the low volume button works. also the ring/silent button is glitchy and if it’s in silent mode it will constantly push the volume to the max. if it’s in ring mode it switches from ring to silent and it buzzes every time i press the volume buttons

I did ALL the things. Power cycle, SMC reset, safe boot, you name it I tried it. Laptop will operate in a glitchy fashion with an external keyboard and mouse, but it does work.

So I was able to migrate to a new machine, and then I 100% nuked the MBP. Having all sorts of trouble to complete install in Recovery. BUT in recovery, the keyboard and trackpad do function. Makes me think it's not a hardware issue.

Here's where it gets weird. It was sitting on my desk with the lid up for like 8 hours. Just sitting there. I walk past it, and it chimes all by itself. Then it boots to an Activate this Mac screen. It clears activation using the built in keyboard and trackpad. Gets High Sierra reinstalled from the network. I'm feeling good about it. Then it reboots to choose a language screen... and, keyboard and trackpad are dead.

Hello everyone. I've been turning my 8th-generation iPad into a basic portable computer, but I’ve run into a major issue: I don't have a Bluetooth mouse. I bought a Lightning to USB-A adapter, but I've tried everything and it just doesn't work. Could you please suggest some adapters that would work for this? Ideally, one that also allows me to charge the iPad while in use would be even better. Obviously, I don't want one from Apple that costs 50 bucks... Thanks a lot!

so basically i forgot my apple id password and decided to reset it. it asked me for the screen passcode which i put in correctly but it wouldn't recognise it. i restarted my phone still nothing is happening. it keeps popping to the recovery page. i honestly don't even care to reset it now but there's a pop up for verification constantly??

i tried the apple support help someone else solution. it did send the code to my number but after that it also popped back to the recovery option? what to do now

I have an iPhone XS running iOS 18.7.10. I could sign in to the App Store normally, but after accidentally starting Child Setup in Settings, tapping the profile icon now redirects me to “Connect to Family.” I've tried resetting Network Settings and All Settings, but the issue persists. Is there a way to cancel the unfinished Child Setup and restore normal App Store access without erasing the device?

So I'm at a point where I need to upgrade a few devices. I'm currently running:

2019 16" Macbook Pro with 5600m
2018 12.9" iPad Pro
2023 Hermes Apple Watch Series 9 (this is fine)
2024 iPhone 16 Pro (this is also fine)

I have my Macbook Pro, iphone 16 Pro and Apple Watch on AppleCare One right now. When I normally look to upgrade devices, I specifically look for used items that still have Applecare on them because I've been able to continue paying for it whether it was switching to a monthly plan after the current coverage expired or going form one AppleCare one plan to mine.

Sure, many will say AppleCare is a waste, it's important for me because my devices get beat up between me working as a middle school band director and a professional musician. They constantly get dropped, dinged, etc... So the extra cost and protection are worth it to me.

With AppleCare One Family, it was said any device that's less than 4 years old is eligible.

Before I take the risk myself, has anyone switched to AppleCare One Family, purchased a used device without AppleCare/expired AppleCare and been able to successfully add it to AppleCare One Family?
