Hello everyone just wanted to share my experience real quick. So unfortunately a few years ago I made the mistake of buying a series 2 elite controller. It's worked fine but recently the RB trigger stopped working so I decided to order a service replacement from Microsoft.

The replacement arrives and the stick drift on it was so bad that the controller was genuinely unusable. Not to mention the RT and LT triggers were unresponsive. I had to send it back to be replaced with a new service order (which was free), anyways today I open up the 2nd replacement controller and it's arrived with the rubber grips on the handles almost completely peeled off. The LB trigger also doesn't work and the controller is dirty af. Now when I try to make a service order to get it replaced Microsoft wants me to pay $120.

I understand that when you do a service order you are getting a refurbished controller and that's fine, but to me this is totally unacceptable. The elite 2 gotta go down as the worst controller ever made lol. The worst part about it is that I can't get a refund for it through the website, and there seems to be no way to contact microsoft for support in australia. Every support page just links to a different page where all you can do is talk to an AI chatbot, who refers you back to the support page. The AI agent on their support phone line even hung up on me. Very frustrating experience.

Had my Xbox Series X for less than 2 years now, never dropped it, cleaned it once and it’s been fine since (was overheating and crashing games/console) and I launched Paramount+ tonight and this happened… wasn’t able to hear or use the Xbox menu and there are black bars cutting off the static. Is my Xbox dying like it seems many others or is this possibly an HDMI/TV issue? Also the colored static was moving before I shut off my Xbox. Not asking for troubleshooting just if anyone else experienced this or knows what caused it?

So 2 weeks later of having no account got this email today, and hoping it means it's a good sign, 2fa wasent activated by the hacker thankfully and my password wasn't changed my, my email was the only thing changed and I provided all the info possible that's on my account, so I'm mostly just asking is this a good sign to getting my Xbox account back in my possession.

I tried to reload it's the same. Now I did a new safe file and after the Tutorial, the same. I was really looking forward to this game...

So my Xbox one s keep shutting down when i turned it back on. Ive factory reset it like 7-8 times but it don’t work. I just want to know why my Xbox is doing this!!!

My Xbox Series X has been running really slowly lately. Loading between levels regularly takes five minutes or longer. Games also stutter and sometimes freeze. This happens in multiple games, including Split Fiction.

I’ve already freed up around 250 GB, so the storage is now only 56% full. Unfortunately, that hasn’t improved anything—the stuttering and long loading times are still there.

Has anyone experienced something similar and found a solution? Is there any way to test the internal SSD or other hardware for problems? I’d like to figure out what’s causing this before sending it in for repair.

I got this controller from a friend yesterday and the A button has started doing this, does not have the clicking sound of a normal button, and sometimes won't pick up when I tap it

I've had an intermittent issue with my Gamepass games on my PC, whereby when I try to launch them, they give me Error 0x87e10bd4. I temporarily fixed it by restarting Gaming Services, but the error has come back again and I haven't been able to resolve it.

Any suggestions?

I manage to sync my could saves from the series x to my rog alley x so I can play on the go. When I tried to play again on the series x and the files for sync, it only gave me the option to play a New Game, not continue my old save file. I can still play my save file on the alley x and it shows that the save file is sync.

I deleted the local files on the Series X, restarted the console and even uninstalled and reinstall the game, but the save file, although it shows its sync, it does not let me access. Any ideas on what else to do?

I can hear it whirring and making noise when not in use, I know this is because it’s applying updates, etc. but it’s an old console and not getting any younger. Are there any other tips you have for prolonging my Xbox’s life (keeping it working longer without having to repair it)?

Couldn't find this ranking on my PC Xbox app.. the games are Killer Instinct, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Marathon, Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield 6.. if anyone can give me their ranking in popularity/most played I'd seriously appreciate it.

Just recently got a new Microsoft Surface, and am trying the Xbox Play anywhere. And my games aren't showing. Except two that are my grandmother's. I'm trying to get FH3 on here. Which I digitally got back in 2018. Am I doing something wrong?

This randomly started happening after months of it working normally. It still works wired, but for some reason, when trying to connect to bluetooth, it just vibrates twice then dies.

The only way to get it to light up again is to take the batteries out and put them back in again, then it flashes quickly for like 10 seconds but doesn't show up on the bluetooth add devices list.

Things I have already tried: 1) Updating the firmware - Updated it via the Xbox accessories app, still no fix.

2) Turned the power saving off on the bluetooth adapter and other networking devices via device manager.

3) Getting new batteries.

4) Searched everywhere on Google/Reddit. Nothing works. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I can’t link my Microsoft/Xbox account to my PlayStation account to play Forza Horizon 5 on my PS5 after playing since launch. I’ve tried all the suggestions but the one I didn’t try was verifying my age in the Xbox app. How do I do this? Many comments say this fixes the issue but can’t figure out how. I am in North America.

I currently have an Xbox One X (not series X). I do not play constantly. I'll have spurts where I play every day for a bit when a new game comes or I just get in the mood, but then will let it sit for weeks or more unused at a time. I'm at a point where there are some games I want to play that are for series consoles only, but my type of usage won't let me justify the cost of an upgraded console.

I keep hearing about some streaming online play options but I don't know much details about them. Is it possible to stream modern Xbox series games and what hardware does that take? And beyond being possible, is it an enjoyable alternative?

I have an Xbox One X, iPad M1, Macbook M5. I could maybe justify a streamer box like an Apple TV 4k if that supported it, but at that price maybe I'd be better just settling for a Series S refurb for the money.
