I know Eris is a sh*t hole, I actually hate this tileset so much, worse place in the Sol System and I wouldnt miss it if it was gone
But we are literally taering it apart piece by piece and feeding it to (arguably) the most powerful Sentient there is, a Sentient that literally waged a war against the empire that colonized this whole system
Are the Tenno supposed to be this gullible and careless?
EDIT
Okay! I get it Nanny Praggy can have some infested chunks of Eris, as a treat... but if she gets diarrhea dont tell me I didnt warn you.

I’ve never seen him before, and he just showed up to give me my daily tribute saying “I have awakened” in a scratchy voice, kinda similar to stalker. This was my 252nd tribute, if that helps at all.

So, I've heard a lot about the 2020 quest "Scarlet spear", which was a prologue to a new war. The plot of the new war puzzled me a little, and I guess it's because of the The fact that I missed the story provided in a limited time. I would like to check it out, but I can't find a single playthrough that would not be a guide to farming.
So if someone could tell me where to find a video or text description, I would be grateful. Thanks in advance my fellow Tennos!

For an event hyped up as totally definitely never coming back unique experience, it seems to me like it's just doing normal missions on eris. That's it. Just farm resources on eris. There isn't even a mission modifier. There isn't an increased number of juggernauts, or a time limit, or something different. Just farm this new resource, and drop it off at Praghasa. That's just disappointing.

TLDR; drop is kill based, go do crime. booster and loot farm doesn't work.
these are my test results:
all tests are perform solo with no booster, leave within 5 minute. from my testing, it seems that drops are tie to kills. I want to know if anyone else think the same.

The Vessel is a large bald unclothed humanoid with carved lines across his skin. A Warframe hovers over their right shoulder, appearing to be slightly larger than its ear, showcasing the scale of the Vessel. Praghasa is in the sky, peeking through clouds and infested tendrils.
EPOCH OPERATION: TAUBOUND OCTOBER 15TH @ 11 A.M. - NOVEMBER 17TH @ 11 A.M.
Tenno, the time draws near for us to finally embark on the journey to Tau. The Origin System has been our familiar haunt but we must find a way to the unknown. This is a once in a Star Chart opportunity for you as a community! Due to the time-sensitive nature of this Operation you are strongly encouraged to read all of the details below so you are best prepared to enjoy this experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
At the start of Epoch Operation: Taubound, all Tenno who have completed Vor’s Prize will be able to access all the nodes of Eris as well as Praghasa. She awaits you on a new node in Eris.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
During Epoch Operation: Taubound, you must as a community secure fuel for Praghasa to make the journey to the Tau System. Her fuel source is a new resource that you can obtain from the Infested on Eris known as Moonflesh. You can earn Moonflesh in the following ways:
Kill Infested Enemies on Eris
Defeat Infested in missions on Eris (Maggots not included) for a chance for them to drop 2 Moonflesh per enemy (3 per enemy on Steel Path).
Operation Alerts
In addition to drops from Infested enemies on Eris, timed Operation Alerts will appear on the Star Chart that you can complete for additional Moonflesh. Each Alert offers 50 Moonflesh (75 on Steel Path) as a completion reward. Infested enemies in these Alerts will also have a chance to drop Moonflesh. Look for these time-limited Alerts appearing every hour or so in the navigation menu!
REWARDS
The Epoch Operation: Taubound brings with it a heap of new rewards and a few previously available limited rewards, in our last hurrah in the Origin System. Visit Praghasa in Eris to Provide Moonflesh for the following:
New Items
* Each piece of this armor set is unlocked for purchase based on the overall community progress in collecting Moonflesh. See the Community Progress dedicated section below for more details.
Returning Items
Please note that all Arcanes purchased from Praghasa will have a purchase limit of 42 (two fully upgraded Arcanes) per Arcane type. You may also notice that some of these returning rewards are from past Operations and TennoCon Twitch Drops that have not been available since their debut.
COMMUNITY PROGRESS
Epoch Operation: Taubound comes with a Community Progress segment to track the total Moonflesh collected by all Tenno. As the total number of Moonflesh ticks up, progress is made towards a new piece of the Contegorus Armor Set, unlocking it for purchase from Praghasa in Eris.
CLAN TROPHIES
Moonflesh can be collected by Clan members throughout the Operation and will earn your Clan Trophies! These will be delivered by Inbox Message after the Operation has concluded.
Like previous Operations, Clan Trophies are available in Terracotta, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The amount of Moonflesh required to unlock each tier is as follows:
| Clan Tier | Terracotta | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ghost | 1,500 | 3,000 | 4,500 | 6,000 |
| Shadow | 4,500 | 9,000 | 13,500 | 18,000 |
| Storm | 15,000 | 30,000 | 45,000 | 60,000 |
| Mountain | 45,000 | 90,000 | 135,000 | 180,000 |
| Moon | 150,000 | 300,000 | 450,000 | 600,000 |
Players can view their Clan’s progress in the “Event” tab in Navigation.
Let us rally, Tenno, and band together as we make our way to Tau!

Finally.... Tried so many transmutations with no luck and have recently been farming liches to get my Kuva weapons up to 60% and for ephemeras. Been running the Cervantes mission every time I get a new lich and finally got Bite.

Prompted by a recent encounter on Eris. FYI, there is a difference between standard survival missions, and survival alerts. I want to mention the distinction and hopefully prevent others from getting trapped.
Survival alerts count down, and they don't have rotations. It doesn't matter for how long you stay, you only get the reward listed in the alert (moonflesh in this case). There is nothing extra to gain by staying longer. And the worst part, solo extraction is not possible, so if more than half the squad keeps playing, the rest is trapped.
In survival missions, the timer counts up, they have rotations for which you get the respective rewards, and if you've had enough, you can solo extract by simply waiting in the extraction zone.
So please, If you want to farm additional moonflesh, don't do it in survival alerts. Just extract when the timer hits 0, and run the standard survival mission. I personally don't mind 20-minute survival missions (those are objectively good for farming), but with alerts I expect to be back in my orbiter after 5 minutes.
Sincerely, a Tenno briefly held hostage.
