I got peak CBAD and positive easy@home earlier this week however my temps (taken on Oura) are going crazy. Anyone had anything similar or know what may be going on?

I came off birth control in June, and this is my second cycle since then. I don't believe I ovulated during my first cycle since I never had a opk ratio higher than 0.5 and my temperature never rose.

I think I possibly ovulated this cycle because of my positive opks and my temperate rise, but I'm so confused because Fertility Friend is saying I ovulated C62, I thought it would have been C59/C60.

My temperature dropping on C68/C69 made me lose hope, but it did rise again so maybe there is still hope??

Extra info: I most likely have PCOS (based on an ultrasound, some hormone testing, and hormonal acne I get) but it's not confirmed. I started metformin September 22nd and take inositol as well. I didn't track cervical mucus because I was struggling with that. My temperatures were all taken around 4am, but the app gave me a warning says my timings were inconsistent for some reason. I have already had two negative pregnancy tests but I was testing early thinking I had ovulated earlier than Fertility Friend says.

Sorry for the super long body text. But any input would be really appreciated, I would love some reassurance that I at least most likely ovulated, even if this cycle seems like it wasn't successful conception wise.

Saying goodbye to Fertility Friend after almost 3 years.

In two days, I’ll be starting IVF stimulation.

I feel like I should be excited. After all, this might finally be what helps us have the baby we’ve been dreaming of for so long.

But instead, my heart is breaking 💔

Starting IVF means letting go of the hope that we could make this happen naturally. And even though I know IVF gives us a new chance, it hurts so much to say goodbye to that dream.

So here I am, saying goodbye to Fertility Friend, symptom spotting, and my thermometer after almost three years of tracking every little sign, hoping every month would finally be the one.

No more fertile windows. No more obsessing over temperatures. No more convincing myself that this month feels different.

I want to feel hopeful. I really do. But right now, all I feel is grief for the journey I thought we'd have. 💔

I had a MC on Sept 22 at 7w4d but my bleeding started a day before that. I bled for 10 days and then 3 days later I started having some increased CM and multiple days of EWCM. I was thinking Oct 5 was too early to ovulate since I had 4 whole days of EWCM afterwards… but based on the chart I don’t know. I missed two temps cause of travel and I was feeling hopeful until my temp started dropping. Temps aren’t even as high as it usually is after ovulation. I’m not even sure what to make of this. I know the hormones can be off after a MC, but I was feeling hopeful since it seemed like everything was going back to normal. Also got my hcg tested today and it’s 7 🤷🏻‍♀️

First cycle off of hormonal birth control. I was planning to test progesterone today to confirm ovulation, but I got my period. Does it still look like I ovulated?

Attaching OPKs from CD99 and CD100. I tested multiple times each day, but this was the darkest I saw each day.

I’m 70 days post D&C with no period return yet, I started BBT again just over two weeks ago, and this is my chart, does it look like I’ve ovulated!?

Nothing special, I'm just so happy starting with the 2.5 mg worked...means I can avoid the (expensive) monitored cycles for a while.

I'm also just tempted to stop the bbt and try not to think about it....i don't even want to think about pregnancy testing.

I got a predicted ovulation date of sep 30 on the health app and here are my temps, but it’s 34 dpo and no sign of my period yet. My temps seem to be downward though? Last AF was sep 12

I came off BC in February and we started trying at the end of April ... I had long, irregular cycles and JUST started the process of PCOS confirmation at rec of OBGYN (no other symptoms). AMH is 18.6 (!!!) but haven't had ovarian ultrasound yet to confirm.

We were traveling this cycle so my chart is very incomplete and we also dealt with a major time change- luckily we seem to have hit the right days and I just got my first BFP at maybe 10 dpo?

Have light cramping and tiny brown spotting today (~12dpo) and I'm praying it's just run-of-the-mill and not indicative of anything.

What do you think is going on here? My baseline temp is 36.4

I had a positive LH on the 28th but I think my ovulation must of been delayed due to travel

Currently 10 DPO. Last month got period on 11 DPO. I took a test today but it was negative.

Is this a positive OPK? Should I BD tonight or is tomorrow also ok?

I know taking bbt can’t indicate pregnancy but what does my chart look like it’s doing? I have just started temping so I’ve skipped a couple of days…

I have PMOS and I’ve had positive OPK on 5th of October. Period could be coming…but I do have irregular cycles, the info is from my Apple fitness app and what I’ve logged previously. First time using OPK too. When should I test?

I am really frustrated with my temperature, this is cycle right after chemical at 5w, I have decided to treat it as a period, so CD1 is the day I started bleeding.

I have PCOS and I am on Dydrogesterone (Duphaston) from CD20 for the last 3 cycles.

I decided not to use OPK as I think it would be too stressful for me to be monitoring also these...

I don't even know what is my regular day for ovulation as I have irregular cycles... last cycle was on CD12, previous cycles were most probably anovulatory because the Dydrogesterone stopped the cycle before ovulation...

Now I am really frustrated with my graph, when I went for a checkup at CD8 my HCG was already 0 and according to my doctor "new cycle growing".

Since then I felt my body trying to ovulate 3 times but the temperature does not confirm it.

I am really trying to stay hopeful, but with anovulatory cycle I don't even know what to do now.

Can you please share your experience with first cycle after chemical/MC with PCOS?

I normally can pinpoint ovulation but my cycle has been all over the place this time.. first full cycle back from a 10week miscarriage immediately followed by an ectopic.. (temp CD 21 was from terrible sleep and the other spike was from fever on CD 23) I just want an idea of what DPO I am

I feel like I’m losing my mind because I had a bunch of things come up this month that could have messed up my BBT tracking (vaccines, drinking more than usual, international travel (west to east) and my period is late but tests are negative. I know you’re not out until AF, but if I ovulated CD 16 I should have had a positive test by now. My last two luteal phases were 10 and 12 days and both times I had a positive OPK the day before ovulation confirmed. I stopped taking tests this month bc it was stressing me out and I was on vacation.

I posted earlier this week about feeling confident this cycle bc my temp was steadily high, whereas my last cycle my temp rose but not very high and was very up and down. Finally got a bfp today! Hopefully this baby sticks🤞🏻🌈

I’m going to start testing tomorrow or the next day but my temps aren’t usually this raised and consistent! Don’t want to get my hopes up

I went on holiday this month, so I didn't track my ovulation but I've never had temperatures climb like this - normally by now they're dropping back down before my period..

It's claiming I'm 12 dpo on my Samsung watch, so I had to add a + on the LH test for FF to add dpo, or FF doesn't give me any idea on predicted ovulation?

Anyhow, I think I'm between 10-12dpo..

I had my usual ovulation pain on cd15 quite late in the evening, I don’t usually ovulate until cd18-22 but been taking a few supplements that seem to have brought it forward. The only thing that’s throwing me off is having ewcm the day after ovulation, I’m usually dry by then, but again I’ve been taking supplements and was able to identify ewcm across my whole fertile window, where as I usually struggle to find any.

How are my charts looking so far? Pdg and E3G dipped 2 days in a row with Inito. Is that a concern? I know some people stop testing once ovulation is confirmed but my OB/GYN wants full cycle tracking data for at least 3 months. I'm thinking pdg dip was just dilution because temp went back up today even though pdg went down again for a 2nd day. Is it normal for PDG and E3G to peak at 5dpo? My googling says it usually peaks 6 to 8dpo. Maybe my ovulation date is off by a day?

I’m guessing I ovulated on the 9th based on premom charts and ovulation cramping I felt that day but help interpreting these to try and pinpoint would be helpful! AKA when is the earliest I can reasonably (somewhat at least) start testing?
(New to charting on FF, no idea what CD I’m on bc cycle has not come back yet - this is the first ovulation I’ve had PP.)
