I was gaming like I normally do and suddenly my game screen froze and now there is little colorful dots. Any ideas what this is and can I fix it? It gave error that shut down wasn't done correctly when I restarted it.. it starts like normal now but those dots are there.. :(

I opened it and it's not that dusty but I cleaned it anyway, it's little bit warm from the bottom. This console is the og ps5 and I got it in 2021, my heart hurts.

This has been the case for a long while now, about half a year. Last year I had the same issues and I got my problem solved by PlayStation support dude. I was so happy. But now I can't do ts no more. It's so stupid bruh

I did a software update on my PS5 and since then my controller vibration sounds really weird. Kinda like when u lose on a Pac-man arcade machine or an alien like noise. I have the vibration set on weak all the time and tried out the Strong and medium settings and it didn’t change whatsoever. Didn’t get stronger or weaker or anything, just kept making those Pac man noises whenever it vibrates.

I tried plugging in another controller to see whether it was a controller issue and it still does it on a completely different controller too. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

My accounts been banned for almost a month now, I’ve been trying to reach supports and get different answers or completely shut down. I’ve escalated to BBB and it is on day 15 with no response. I am told one day that it’s due to a temporary security measure because I am traveling overseas with my console so like it made sense. Was told 24-48 hours, the team would unlock my account after escalation. Silence during that time, I reach out and verdict is permanently suspended and its final. I keep trying supports and going through, someone tells me that it was a code of conduct violation lol. I don’t text or talk to people whatsoever, I have it disabled even because of FC. Went back and forth a couple times, got someone who seemed genuine, they said 3-5 days, it’s been escalated, it’s day 3 and I have not heard anything. Mind you during this whole process, not a single email from PlayStation from the beginning to end, from support emails to the ban reasoning. If this last escalation doesn’t go through idek what to do, I’ve had the account for almost 10 years, just purchased DLC’s before I left and can’t even play while visiting family.

Every game i get into, wont have online and it doesnt recognize my subscription nor let me log in with an account... How tf does this work this bad? its obnoxious really. i cant find the fix anywhere either. Please help.

I’ve been having an issue with my ps5 lately. i took the plates off and used a vacuum to suck up dust. i don’t believe it’s over heating because i can play for hours at a time and it will be fine but i just turned it on today and i clicked on a game and it froze completely and then shut off. i turned it back on and was watching update screen because it was updating games and it froze and shut off again. turned it back on and now its fine but im a little nervous because ps5 pros are expensive asf and hard to find. worried it won’t be able to run gta6. any help would be very much appreciated! thankyou!

I’ve had my first headset for a few years now but a few days ago it wouldn’t connect to my ps5 but would connect with other devices so I bought another one that didn’t connect also and got sent another one that also doesn’t connect I’ve tried every port that would fit and still nothing does anyone know what would be the cause of this ?

As title states, any time I'm playing Once Human, my whole system lags. It took me 10 minutes to get Spotify running, and when I try to type in in-game-chat it takes 30 seconds for the virtual keyboard to pop up, then when I type nothing actually shows up in the keyboard? Also trying to close the game takes 2-3 minutes. Any other game is perfectly fine, it's JUST Once Human. PS5 Slim. Anybody else have this issue?

Hey all my partner and I are big into gaming but often have to fight over who has it for the night as I don’t like her games and she doesn’t like mine hence I bought a ps portal now I set it up tonight and it said I would be able to play the portal on my account and she can use the ps5 however when I’m on the portal all it seems to do is mirror would anyone abit more tech savvy then myself be able to help with this?

So my monitor has no speakers or a 3.5mm jack port for sound output, and my existing speakers transmit audio through a 3.5mm jack cable.

I've been using them by connecting them to DualSense, but that way it routes audio that's supposed to play on DualSense to the connected speakers as well, since it detects them as headphones.

I'm looking forward to buy an USB sound card adapter to connect the speakers directly to PS5 but I was wondering if it'd still detect them as headphones and route DualSense audio to the speakers. Any experiences with that?

I was playing when suddenly i lost all sound, i tried fixing it but nothing worked, any suggestions?
