Just to demonstrate how cursed the game was last night. This is an incredibly rare bounce and the last triple dink no goal I can find is 2014 Vincent Lecavalier. I'm not sure this is something regularly tracked but it is much more rare than even a double dink which still uncommon.

Thought it was interesting as I had never seen one before so did some research.

Hey all, had some luck lately on depop and Mercari grabbing a couple jerseys for cheap, and this Hejduk comes with these signatures on it. The JSG looks like it could be Giguere, but the others I’m not sure. Any help or knowledge would be awesome

He brings great energy and is a decent scorer with top 6 skills. Obviously he's young, but he was awesome tonight, and this team needs awesome, youthful players. That shot was sick and the fact it wasn't called a goal makes me wanna puke.

I would much, much rather see Brindley play for this team than Hughes.

I was in the arena today and noticed that fairly early in the game Nečas got swapped with Kadri. Why was that? I didn't think that Nečas had a bad day. True Kadri happened to have a few good chances after the swap but couldn't capitalize on anything. Also why was Marty only in the third line for the OT when he's one of the best 3v3 OT players?!

Also noticed both Nate and Cale didn't have a good day (although Cale has a very good excuse!!)

Avs lose 3-2 in the shootout.

The game started in a very frustrating fashion with the Avs seeing not one but TWO goals wiped off the board. One for a tight offsides call and the other for a blink and you'll miss it "deliberate" kicking motion from one Gabriel Landeskog. If that was deliberate, then Landy has an optional career in soccer after he decides to retire from hockey.

Not being ones to back down from adversity, the Avs continued on, finally seeing a Landy goal that COULDN'T be overturned.

Bad news though: the powerplay is still bad and another SHG was given up.

Game gets tied up, and the stars played a very boring OT before finally finding net again in the shootout.

Next game will see the boys staying at home while the Penguins and Sidney Crosby come to visit on Friday the 16th. Puck drop is 7PM Mountain Time/6PM PST/9PM EST.

Looking at the AltitudeMinus app, the t shows the game starting at 7:30pm. The NHL and Avalanche apps show 6:30pm. Anyone else seeing this?
