No matter how many times it landed on heads previously, the theoretical probability of the next flip is still 50%

It didn't phase me that night honestly, but like DAMN. My friends apparently wanted to kick her out but didn't want to bother me with anything else that could be stressful (I love my friends so much). I found it pretty funny when I found out, and everyone who saw her was judging HARD, so it was whatever. She would be the person to do that though. Everyone said it haha. I just wanted to share the audacity. In the picture, I'm on the left and she is on the right. I'm honestly pretty sure the dress is supposed to be a very light blue?? Still insane to me haha. It's also floral like a wedding dress. My old boss said we looked like a lesbian couple getting married in that picture and we totally do.
Side note: you may be thinking, "wow that's crazy, but she must have somehow not known." Well, it was in the dress code, which I will also show below :)
Edit: i wish I could add a better picture of my dress because it was so gorgeous and soooo many people have seen this post now. There's a comment buried somewhere that has it haha

I know Clark has some limited screen time but Ejiofor absolutely steals every scene heâs in. His two separate monologues with Reinsve are just as good as anything Navarette did in Obsession. As I said earlier, is it the lack of screen time for Ejiofor?

Posers. Posers everywhere.
They show up to your community & fucking ruin it.
And when you call them posers, tourists or fake fans, people always say "wHy aRe wE gAtEKeEpInG x ?"
Real fans dont need to worry about gatekeeping. If ur constantly being gatekept then stop being a fucking poser.
Im an original 2000s goth & to see the state of whats happened to our culture is cringe. And we arent allowed to call these fake people who are basically a parody of goth out? Fuck off

I understand that these scenes must happen in order for the plot to continue but they still make me angry till today whenever I think about them because of how easy it could've been avoided. I doesn't mean these scenes are necessarily bad written, just hella hard to watch.
The Jerusalem Wall / The Singing Crowd (World War Z): Israel literally anticipated the zombie apocalypse and built a flawless, massive wall that kept everyone 100% safe. It was the ultimate safe haven. But then people inside started celebrating and singing on a microphone so loudly that it triggered a zombie pyramid, they didn't even stop until the first zombies started coming through. They have less survival instinct than an amoeba.
Ephialtes (300): The Spartans had the perfect phalanx formation at the Hot Gates. They were slaughtering the Persian army with minimal casualties and could have held them off for so much longer. Then this guy gets his feelings hurt because he can't lift a shield, throws a tantrum, and tells Xerxes about the secret goat path.
Grandma Jong-gil (Train to Busan): The survivors fought through hell and literal waves of infected to secure a safe train car. Sure, the crowd inside was selfish for locking them out at first, but everyone was finally safe inside. Then this grandma, fueled by grief and spite over her sister, decides to open the door and let the infected flood the entire car, killing everyone.

Still no name but...she seems comfortable. I figured she'd hide from us for a bit but...nope.
Now my wife is pissed because it was her idea to adopt a cat and...guess who the cat seems to have picked to be their person lol
Want to know the craziest part? She jumped up and got comfy and of course...I immediately needed to pee. So I triiied my best to get up as gentle as possible, and when I came back..she jumped right back up and got comfy again. I have a bit of cat experience. Never seen that before in my life. Lol. Usually once your move even an inch, cuddle time is ooooover

Source: I made this video. These clips are combined from a few random episodes of Matt and Shaneâs Secret Podcast and Shane Gillisâs special Live in Austin (2021). I did not have to search extensively to find strange clips like these, so I assume Shane says similar things about âhot kidsâ on many more of his podcast episodes.
In these clips, Shane Gillis basically keeps saying he finds 14-18 year old children to be âhottest p*ssyâ over and over again. He even essentially repeats the SNL joke about him drooling over âwomen dressing like wh\*resâ but does it about 14 year old volleyball players.
Itâs fairly clear to me that Shane was not being funny, ironic, or purposely offensive in these clips. The supposed âhumorâ seems to come from Shane saying taboo things he genuinely believes, under the assumption that everyone secretly agrees with him but is too afraid to say them out loud. Essentially, Shane is saying, âCome on, we all know kids are hot. You guys are just too ashamed to say it.â His male audience in these clips laughs and cheers at the idea and his supposed bravery.
90% of Shane Gillisâs humor seems to consist of saying taboo things out loud that loser (mainly white?) chud men believe but canât say to anyone.
Shane Gillisâs humor is basically a way for loser guys to feel OK about being scared that their girlfriend or wife slept with a Black guy (Shaneâs previous SNL monologue), believing that all women dress like whores (Shaneâs latest SNL monologue), or, in this clip, believing that teenage girls are hot.
So Shane essentially exists as a validation mechanism for the loser chud men of the world and their sick thoughts. Shane Gillis is their fucked-up version of validation therapy. Essentially âyour sick thoughts are valid, you are not weird or creepy, you are cool like me and donât ever change.â
Thatâs why I expect so many of these weirdos to show up in the comments defending Shane. He validates their weird, sad thoughts and their weird, sad lives. And when someone criticizes Shane, they feel like someone is criticizing them personally.
