My buddy asked this question yesterday in our group chat, who would win if you took a completely united Europe from 1939 including tech, weapons, food, infrastructure, etc. vs. a united Africa from today.
I believe Africa would be a pretty decisive winner due to their air force, satellites, advancements in chemical warfare capabilities, food, medicine and clothing advancements, in my opinion they would be able to cripple Europe pretty quickly from the start and would easily be able to hold off any counter attack with their superior weapons.
He believes Africa does not have enough munition, weapons, or resources to sustain a war and what they do have is not enough to hurt Europe enough before they run out.
Just curious on what other opinions are on this topic!

Tentacle head guy goes up against tentacle face guy! Who do you think would win if Davy Jones from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies set his sights on Kit Fisto from Star Wars? Let's say that Davy wants Kit as part of his crew. Kit isn't interested since it's against Jedi custom to become part of a ship. The Jedi confronts the magic fish man on the deck of the Flying Dutchman and they fight. Can Kit win?
Davy Jones's heart is somewhere on the ship. Davy has the key. Kit knows he has to destroy the heart. Kit has his lightsaber.
Round 1: Davy versus Kit. No one else will interfere.
Round 2: The crew and ship will aid Davy.
Round 3: Kit has to get through the Kraken first.

Riboku is desperate to stop Qin, so he hires some foreign fighters to go kill Shin and his buds. Silat from Berserk fights Shin from Kingdom. Who is going to win? They're both pretty superhuman but operate in completely different contexts. Shin is slicing armored horses in half, and Silat is fighting monsters. They're both wickedly dangerous, which do you think is better?
Round 1: Unarmed.
Round 2: Both have all of their gear.
Round 3: Silat gets his four buddies. Shin gets Kyou Kai and Bi Hei.

Allies are helping. Fallen soldiers and civilians come back to life, citizens who had left the country return, the future is known four years in advance, and infrastructure, gear, ammunition, and weaponry are at 2026 levels. Russia is at the same level it was at the start of the 2022 war, and it assumes that Ukraine is also still at its 2022 level.

The RPC Authority, set up slightly differently than the SCP Foundation, is tasked with capturing and containing all known, and most popular, SCPs. Can they do this given that their cannon is more set than the changing cannon of the SCP Foundation? How would they categorize the SCPs within their classification system?

The fight takes place in Canberra, Australia.
For one reason or another, Reinhard Van Astrea is set up against The Simurgh. One is the Sword Saint of Lugunica, considered the country's WMD, while the other is an Endbringer responsible for the deterioration of Earth Bet.
Reinhard has his vast number of divine protections, retains his connection to Od Laguna, and is partially immune to the Simurgh's precognition, while being entirely immune to her mental effects. The Simurgh has a number of non-active Parahumans in the city, including a variety of Tinkers, Brutes and Strangers to toy with, and while she is hampered by not being able to directly see Reinhard, she can infer information from self-targeted precognition and analysis of their surroundings.
Round 1: Canon Reinhard vs Canon Simurgh. All interactions play out as though each party retains in-character approaches and actions.
Round 2: Bloodlusted Reinhard vs Canon Simurgh. Reinhard is indiscriminate in his attacks and values eliminating the Simurgh above all else. Civilians and environmental factors are no longer taken into consideration for him.
Round 3: Bloodlusted Reinhard vs Unrestricted Simurgh. The Simurgh is no longer Manton-limited, meaning her telekinesis effects living organisms, her scream doesn't need to be audible to others, and her Tinker abilities have improved to intuitive speeds. Consider her reach, multitasking capabilities and general viciousness improved as well.
The match ends in ten minutes, or when either party has killed the other permanently.

Rules
• All at the same time, every person's shadow comes out of wherever they are and morphs into the exact figure of their respected individual, except they are completely dark throughout the body.
• Each one is bloodlusted, and so they will immediately attack that person. If thry manage to kill him or her, they will start going after others as well.
• Every shadow has the same stats as their normal counterpart, such as in power, intelligence, and everything else. In the dark, not only are they harder to see, but they are 1.5 times as durable. In contrast, in light areas they are half as durable. Also, they don't need to eat, drink, or sleep.
Can humanity continue to survive if their shadows come to life and try to kill them?

i watched some youtube videos and did my own research but didn't get a clear answer so im asking here,
1, empty galaxy, the two factions start on opposite sides and are hellbent on eliminating the other side
2, im not too into warhammer but ill say whenever the game take place in is when they're dropped in
3, the galactic empire is right after the destruction of the first death star (~6BBY)
if it sounds stupid this is like my 2nd post i have no clue how this site works.

Celebrity death match! The two fighters only have one rule; kill the other person. They are in a UFC style cage with no weapons or gear. Just the clothes on their backs. Who wins? Going off of personality, strength, background, etc we can determine.

Yup, a spin on that infamous versus thread I saw on twitter.
Can Wakanda free the world from Eurasia, Oceania and Eastasia?
This is the map of the current situtation. In video form.
Wakanda is in its canonical place in the MCU.
Breaking centuries of strict isolationism, King T'Challa decides that watching from behind a vibranium shield is no longer an option. Wakanda’s ultimate objective: Liberate the entire planet from the totalitarian nightmare of Ingsoc (Oceania), Neo-Bolshevism (Eurasia), and Death-Worship (East Asia).
However, Wakanda is completely alone. The surrounding states still alive and fightning Oceania will not automatically join them and view outsiders with deep suspicion and trauma. Wakanda must win them over piece by piece.
Rules:
Round 1: Wakanda and wathever allies it can get vs The three superstates.
Round 2: Everything is the same as Round 1, but Tony Stark, who in this timeline is a high-ranking scientific mind trapped within Oceania's INGSOC party, has just broken away and rebelled in New York. Tony has escaped with his life, his intellect, and the exact same tech he had at the end of Iron Man 1.
