Having Trouble Regressing?

Some people are struggling in regards to having a successful regression (whether with a practitioner or using YouTube regressions).

Hypnosis is the theta state. It's the state of deep relaxation with heightened focus. You go in and out of it all through the day (like when you're just waking up or falling asleep; when you're driving and realize that you haven't been paying attention, yet you made it home, etc). The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to go into a hypnotic state.

Here are a few things you can do to have a more successful regression:

Limit your caffeine beforehand. Caffeine keeps us alert, which is the opposite of what we want when trying to get into a hypnotic state.

Change up the time of day. Early morning after waking up can be a great time for a regression, as well as close to bedtime (as long as you don't fall asleep).

If you're using YouTube videos to regress, try changing up the videos. Some people respond better to a female rather than a male, and vice versa. Does the sound of their voice seem soothing? Maybe you like certain accents. Maybe a shorter video works better for you, or you find the longer ones seem to take you deeper.

If you're working with a practitioner, take the time to vet them. Do they seem kind and caring? Do you feel uplifted when you look at their website or social media? Trust your gut, but do try to look for reviews.

Ensure you have privacy. It's hard to let go and relax when you think you're going to be interrupted. Try to keep pets out of the room if you can. They will sometimes jump onto you or make noise in the room. Turn off your cell phone so that notifications don't startle you.

Try having a hot bath or shower, doing some yoga, or be out in nature before a session. Again, very relaxing.

Change up your body position. Most people like to lie down for a session, as it's more relaxing. I find that I'll go too deep when I do that, and may fall asleep, so I like to sit up.

Keep your room dim, either by turning down the lights or putting or using an eye mask. When we're in hypnosis, a light that normally doesn't bother us can suddenly feel too bright and distract us.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing and have a blanket nearby. Many people get chilly when they are in a deep hypnotic state. Use the bathroom before a regression so that you don't feel like you need to go halfway through.

Pay attention to your breath. Take nice deep slow breaths, in through your nose, with a longer exhale out your mouth. This signals to your nervous system that you are safe. You don't have to try to breathe this way throughout the regression, but definitely try to at the beginning. As you relax, your breath will then just do it on it's own.

Set an intention before a session. Maybe you want healing or change in a certain area of your life. When I work with clients I'll often state before the session, "This session will be healing and illuminating for both my client and myself. My client will relax and regress easily and will get the most benefit possible."

Some people have subconscious parts of themselves that may be resistant to doing regression work. If you feel that this is the case, you can try talking to that part of you. I'll usually just ask the person if they feel there's a resistant part (you'll know because you'll feel a tightness in your body, or stress, worry, doubt). It's actually really easy to notice it. I'll ask my client how old that part is and they can usually tell. Then, we'll spend a few minutes asking the part what their fears or resistances are, and reassuring them that they are safe.

Try to take the pressure off of having a 'successful' regression. The more you want it, the more resistant you are to it not being what you expect it to be. When we try to be in control of things, that is the opposite of being relaxed. Often, when we give up 'trying' or 'efforting' it just seems to happen more naturally.

Many people think they'll see a past life as if it's a movie playing across their eyelids. They're expecting to see everything outside of themselves. Everything occurs inside your brain, just like when you're day dreaming or imagining, which is why many people think they made their regression up! Images can be very fleeting or hazy.

Sometimes we might not see much, but we'll have a 'knowing' of what's happening. We may hear (again, in our head in the same way as when we talk to ourselves) words or names.

Some people feel very detached from the past life, leading them again to think they 'made it up'. Others will get very emotional, or even recognize others as being in their present lives.

How we perceive things is different for everyone. Perception can also change from one regression to another. We can have 'off days', where maybe we had work stress, or something else is bothering us. This can dramatically affect a regression.

I consider every regression (or attempt at one) to be successful. The more we do it, the better we get at it. In fact, the more you practice hypnosis, the healthier your immune system will be. You're going into a state of rest and digest, which is when your body is able focus on healing and regeneration. During this state, blood flow is redirected to vital organs and tissues, allowing immune cells to better detect and respond to infections.

Good luck to everyone on their journey. We're all so blessed to have the ability to explore our consciousness in this way!

Question Is it possible to be wrongfully born? NSFW

TW for suicide attempts mention. I am followed by a therapist and I'm stable now, this is simply pertinent to my question.

---

I'm (22) the youngest of four children. My mother unfortunately had a stillbirth before me and often I think that somehow my supposed older sister had been stolen her place by me.

When I was a child, I was a terrible child. I always yelled, always was angry, and I often said things like "I don't want to be alive" "I want to die" "I want to go home" "I want to run away". And multiple times from 4 years old to my late teen years I've attempted suicide or ran away from home.

I've been working with therapists and specialist doctors since 4 years old and they just don't know what's going on. We know I'm autistic and have Persistent Depression Disorder, but my family has no history of either (at most post-partum depression). Compared to my older siblings, I have so so many physical health and mental health disorders, even compared to my parents.

A few years ago, my mother told me that she knew at four children she'd have enough, meaning that if the stillbirth didn't happen, I wouldn't be born.

It goes along with the narrative where I feel like I wasn't supposed to be born. Like my consciousness on Earth is wrong.

A few days ago, I even tried to meditate and do a past life regression and my body immediately shutdown and had sleep paralysis.

Anyone else has had that experience? How do you deal with it if you truly weren't meant to be born? Is it even possible to be wrongfully born? Maybe I was a terrible person in my past life and so this is my punishment?

Personal Experience I believe this guy was my partner in a past life.

This is gonna be really long, I have to get into a lot of detail to make this story make some sense. So bear w me here pls!!
TL;DR I have strange nostalgic visions in my head and feelings about this guy who is a walking red flag from an era I wasn’t alive for. Even with him out of my life for good reason, the strength of these feelings makes me incredibly sad and miss him. Would like opinions on it.

Okay so to start, I met this guy in a class last August. Didn’t know him, had never even seen him ever. In the grade below me so not even a similar social circle. He stomps in with his friend on the first day, class is empty and it’s just me so far until they come in. They just seem like your stereotypical class clown jock dudes, so I’m kinda intimidated. We make eye contact from across the class and the stares just kinda locked like that for a second and as soon as I did I just felt he was…important. Or going to be important. And I was right. A new friend in there very quickly lets me know he’s VERY into me. And he was definitely trying to make the efforts to do so.

I’m personally not interested. I am talking with somebody else, and another friend who did happen to know him as a friends’ ex warns me about some crazy shit he’s done and he’s not a good guy to date. He also has a very obvious “interest” in alternative women (you know the type) that I as an alternative woman that have been objectified by many creepy men am immediately icked out by. I still feel some weird pull towards him but really just ignored it. He kept trying to get to know me, we chatted for a few months, I swap out of the class because of schedule changes, and he annoys me so much eventually after I’ve turned him down like twice that I block him because he’s kinda being pestering about my personal business.

A couple months go by, flashback to August, and I almost have a run in with him at his work. I for whatever reason now with him back on my mind feel bad. I was kind of a jerk and didn’t really give him a chance, I was caught up in the other person and just my own life. So I unblock and apologize. I give him some closure on stuff as well and just assume that will be it. But I find myself constantly thinking about him and wanting to talk to him like really bad. There’s this weird feeling in my chest about it that I’m trying to ignore. One night during a crazy thunderstorm I got hit with this like? Image? Or scenario? Whatever it was, it’s this incredibly heavy painful longing nostalgia regarding him. This like feeling of another life, what feels like maybe the late 90s? Early 2000s? There’s not an exact scenario I could pinpoint. Just some very deep personal experience. A home, a car. Always at night time specifically. The color blue for whatever reason. Mid-late 20s. I’m personally quite young (19 in a couple weeks!) and I am very strong on nostalgia and my childhood and have dreams and feelings that reflect that, but obviously never a longing for a timeline that I didn’t live in. The only thing I can kinda correlate it to is the song “Need You Now” by Lady A. Like that song REALLY sums it up. I never associated him or anyone with that song besides my childhood and now I can’t even listen to it. Anyway, the feeling was incredibly strong and made me want to give him a chance. So I did. Chemistry was incredibly strong. We clicked so well, we could talk about any and everything for hours. I had bad gut feelings though that things wouldn’t end well and I was right. He took things WAY too fast. As in this shit hit a wall and burned in the span of a week and a half. He just hit the gas, and started showing a lot of red flags my friend warned about, such as early signs of jealousy and possessiveness right off the bat. He also spoke ominously in ways that seemed threatening towards himself if I contemplated leaving. Bad stuff. I had to call it off for the sanity and safety of both of us. He wanted to stay friends but I kept major distance between us. And then I started missing him. And it felt like the barely distant memories of like 3 weeks to month ago were being obscured by this stupid nostalgia again. This strange life with him that I have not lived. It makes me viscerally upset. And it’s ridiculous because this guy is no good!! He’s since rebounded (yikes) and I blocked him and felt fine. But I find myself crying a lot over this feeling. It’s very heavy in my chest and very sad.

My family has very heavily discussed the concepts of spiritual things like this. Including past lives. My mom has an experience revolving past lives with my father. It’s very interesting to us so it kinda hit me when I was telling my mom about it because I’ve been upset over it. Apologies for the ramble. I’m just really curious to see what people think about this, or if anyone has a similar experience, or if I’m just simply too deep in my own head. I do have ADHD and believe I’m on the spectrum, and I’m in my own world half the time and have similar feelings about other stuff, but typically only about my childhood, my family, things I grew up with. So this is just strange to me. I have discussed with friends the concept of past lives too. Some of us feel like we definitely had one, especially me. And I always daydreamed as like a goofy 13 year old of finding my husband from my past life. I swear. If this dude is him I will be incredibly disappointed. There is no way we can be together. It’s really not a good idea. And if so it sucks that this is how things turned out for us but at least we met again? I guess?? I dunno, weird scenario I wanted opinions on. :)

Based of my soul's interpretation

If you understand this.. We are here to experience life of being a human and learn things we didn't learn in the past life and when we appreciate and have nothing else to want for or regret we will ascend to a higher realm where we live in peace and love.. and we don't need to eat or sleep because we will be given with a new body or vessel. And it's because, this life we have right now is we choose this before we born and those who are struggling in life are the ones who have greed, sinful, forgot the creator's love and right rulings in the past life.

And you won't believe me, when I confess that I could somehow still remember some fragments of my past lives from being a shepherd, a soldier died beside a big tree and a indigenous people standing nearby holding spears..

If somehow there still souls like me today who don't just remember but also vividly see inside themselves and felt like it really happened.

Everytime we die we will wait a thousand years before we are ready to be born again and choose what life we want then forgets it like a new born baby.

Last night while half asleep I had a strange experience. Looking for any input or confirmation please!

Something really strange happened to me last night. I was halfway asleep, my brain not shutting off as usual, thinking about everything. My train of thoughts led me to thinking about my therapist and how his method of giving me advice feels really fatherly. He doesn’t give me direct advice usually unless I ask. He asks questions to help me figure stuff out or to make me think internally about stuff….anyway, I thought to myself “I would have been better off if he were my dad” then a feeling I’ve never felt before washed over my whole body. It was like waves going from head to toe, then my back to my belly. Then I felt like I was getting a hug and my thoughts kept repeating “it’s you! It’s you! You’re my dad!” I was so happy I cried as if I was reconnecting with a long lost friend. Then I felt this sense of deep knowing. Like I \*know\* he was my dad in a past life. I felt so overjoyed. I can’t explain it. Never felt that kind of physical reaction from a thought before it was so intense.

I’m seeking some guidance as to what I could have actually experienced. Was it my half awake imagination running amok? I feel conflicted, like I’m questioning the whole experience now that I’m awake and have had time to think.

Past Life Regression My 2nd Life Remembered

I already posted my 1sy remembered this one is my 2nd.

This one is the most interesting because I got details that meant nothing to me but think I made a connection months later.

So this one I was a young adult male that was healthy and goodlooking. It started with me running through woods trying to get home as fast as I could.

What came to me when asked where I didn't get the name France but it was as if I looked at a map and saw NE France. I got May 1353 and the word Jaques.

From what I got was that I was from a small town and my family and neighbors were fighting against people that ruled over everyone.

My brother was part of this group that went and fought. I didn't go and he was killed. I was running home because I didn't get the feeling like they were actual soldiers but like mercenaries. They were just going place to place destroying everyone because the fighting my brother was involved in.

I was too late everything was burnt and everyone was dead. I saw myself sitting under a tree and just devastated. I couldn't see anything beyond what just happened. I wished I fought with my brother.

I ended up hanging myself from that tree. The main thing I felt from that life was this total despair it was awful.

I looked up the date and didn't find anything. But a few months later I was reading a book about history that contributed to Game of Thrones. There was only a short quick mention of May 1358 in NE France called the Jaques rebellion. There was an uprising of peasant Jaques or Jaquorie basically Jacket. The peasants revolted and in retaliation mercenaries were hired to wreck havoc on the peasants.

So maybe just maybe it was that and I just got the date wrong. 1353 when it was supposed to be 1358. It's the only one I've had that has had any of those kinds of details. Or maybe I can't count it since I didn't actually get it 100% right.

My past lives have been places and times I know nothing about or feel any connection to. It's just what came through.

Made these to bury...

Post image
9 Upvotes

I've realized that I'm too attached to my past life, and it may be causing problems. I made these 2 mini replicas of 16th century childrens' items so that I can symbolically bury my past self and my past brother, put them to rest, and move on. (Baby brother and I died together when I was 10 and he was about 1 1/2 to 2.) The item on the left is a type of pacifier called a lutschbeutel or a sugar-tit. It symbolizes my brother. The item on the left is a stump doll, which symbolizes me.

And now I don't want to bury them at all. 🥺 The doll is too cute to bury, and the pacifier fascinates me. 🤦‍♀️ I'll probably keep them. 🥲

A large abscess appeared on her neck. It was a past life battle wound.

In my Quantum Past Life Regressions, I do this thing called Higher Self Guidance.

You write down questions, I ask your higher self. And the answers just blow you away. Think of it like asking a psychic many questions, only the psychic is your higher self.

When my client was 6, she had an abscess on her neck, which would ooze water. It was a very strange thing with no know cause.

A year later it was surgically removed, and that was the end of that.

But we asked her higher self, what was that it, and the reply floored us.

She was shown a past life. It was wartime. A chaotic battle scene was unfolding, and she was caught in it. She was a very fair young woman. (She was white in this lifetime. In her current life she's brown.)

She saw horses everywhere around, dust flying, weapons flashing.

Suddenly, something very hot, like a hot iron rod touched or hit her shoulder. And that was that. No memories after that.

But it showed up in her current life at 6. There’s so much that happens in our current life, that we pull from past lives.

We didn't need to do any healing or release, but we got clarity on why she had that boil on her neck.

Question Past Life Fears and Deaths

Hey yall im curious about something. Most people, when they have a fear they figure out it was a way they died in a past life. But has anyone ever died a specific way in a past life, but wasnt scared of that in this current life?

Like I think i died in a fire in one of my past lives, but fire doesnt scare me at all, more or so fascinates me if that makes any sense

Has anyone else had this feeling/experience too?

Lives that take place chronologically in this future? No matter how near or far? Im curious of the other perspectives, and different eras. This next coming era is the space era, and that will reeally start kicking things off once we fully[even ¼ honestly] utilize the moon and it's resources efficiently.

I really need your help if possible

Apologies for the long text. I truly have no one else to ask or talk to about these matters.

I am a 38-year-old woman and I have been an atheist for as long as I can remember. Due to my profession (I am a doctor) and my medical specialty, I encounter the death of 2 to 3 adult patients a week. Until the passing of my grandfather—one of my favorite people—12 years ago, I never had any doubts regarding either the afterlife or the belief in God. He reached out to me through a dream, which enabled me to fix an issue regarding a mix-up with his grave (it's a long story). I brushed it off at the time thinking "we are made of energy, and energy cannot be destroyed," but spiritually, this was the first thing that opened a door for me.

Over the last 3-4 months, I started getting interested in spiritual topics. Most recently, a few days ago, I stumbled upon a regression video on YouTube (around 40 minutes long). Deep down, I didn't really believe in it, but I was curious and decided to try it.

First of all, I should mention that the dominant religion of the country where I was born and raised is not Judaism. But weirdly I called my grandma ‘bubby’ since I was a baby. Although I have a few Jewish friends, I have no personal connection or background knowledge, yet I've always felt drawn to it. I tried to understand their language, liked their culture, and could never quite explain this curiosity.

When I tried following this video, after a while, I went to a place I had never seen or known in my life. I saw a manhole cover beneath my feet and the asymmetrical iron frame on it. I saw the unevenness of the cobblestones/pavement stones, and I looked at the buildings. Technical details like the number of floors, the ratio of wooden materials, etc., stayed in my mind. In front of me was a girl around 10 years old; she wasn't my child, but I felt that bored, obligated sense of responsibility as I waited for someone with her. I remember the heavy brown boots on my feet and my long ruffled skirt. The girl was also wearing a dress with a long ruffled skirt. Then suddenly I snapped out of it and returned to my own life. I couldn't go any further and somehow woke up (though I wasn't actually asleep).

When I put all the details together, I researched online and found that it corresponded to a era after 1910. With the help of AI, I saw that it could be a Jewish neighborhood. While examining Prague and Vienna one by one, I was shocked by one of the old postcard photos I found. I am almost 99% sure it was Judenplatz, where the Jewish Museum currently stands.

My question to you is: why couldn't I proceed further, given that I want to see more? Is there a YouTube account or content you could recommend to me? I ask myself if I was just imagining it, but every detail and the feelings I experienced during that moment are so vivid in my mind that I am now certain it was a real memory.

i remember my past live

I remember i used to be a human during the Ice Age. I died in a cave while cooking meat over a fire. My body was covered in hair, and I died from the cold while a winter storm was raging outside. I could also blink twice, like a reptile, but the two blinks happened alternately as part of a single blink.

I also think I used to be a soldier. I don't know who I was, but I had a lover. I was wearing a German military uniform, and I died after being shot in the thigh, face, and hand. The sky was extremely foggy at the time.

I don't remember all the details about these supposed past lives, but the memories I do have are very vivid. I had these images of my life during the Ice Age before I even knew about Ötzi the Iceman. I only recently Googled “cave man that died in cave in Ice Age” and came across him.

I also remember these two supposed past lives at different times, rather than all at once.

Question Thoughts on Mario Radinga's Online Training?

Hello Everyone,

First post here, but I've been a lurker for a while and have been fascinated and obsessed with solo practice of all forms of Spiritual Hypnosis (Past Lives, LBL, Spirit Release, QHHT, etc.) and Consciousness Exploration (Monroe Institute programs and their explorer project, Tom Campbell's MBT, OBEs, Lucid dreaming, etc etc.).

Anyway, I feel like I'm at a crossroads in my life right now (I'm 33, a somewhat fresh breakup, working a regular day job that I like but ultimately doesn't suit my professional needs), and I've really been thinking about diving fully and completely into this work, as this category of work, plus the aspect of facilitating one-on-one sessions, has slowly but surely been creeping up in my mind once again, as it does every few years or so. I've come to realize these past couple of years that I really like people, and that my life would really only have meaning if I am of service to others. But I've never been a fan of large groups or gatherings. I prefer deeper contact and relationships.

I'm not in a great spot financially, and at first I wanted to go with IIHS (I live in France). That's a great school, but it's way too expensive and time-intensive for my budget and schedule. I've got the QHHT level one training, but I'm more of an online session person.

Recently, I've started digging deeper into Mario Radinger's work, books, and content. I'm really liking his mindset and approach to the whole practice.

I saw he has a complete online training, self-paced, that is QHHT-inspired but with his own style that he's been using for the past ten years. The price is within my budget, and I feel like it would give me a good base to work with and develop my practice as I try to find my footing in this world through networking with peers for mutual practice and delivering free sessions until I'm comfortable enough to put a price on my time.

I am already quite comfortable with the theory and vast field that parapsychology is, as I've read many, many books of all sorts on subjects for the past ten years, including a ton on spiritual hypnosis (both stories and training manuals). I don't really need more theory, to be honest. What I'm looking for is a good base for practice that I can build upon with my own ideas. I'm keen on facilitating in English and French also, since I'm bilingual.

So, with all that said, have any of you had any experience with Mario and/or his Online Training Course?

I would greatly appreciate your feedback about all of this, especially if you have experience in this field or if you've had experience working directly or indirectly with Mario.

Thank you all in advance for even the slightest feedback you may have for me!

EDIT: His name is Mario Radinger, sorry..
