Finished up the Realspace Raiders box in the scheme of my custom cabal and cult. I absolutely love these models (but holy shit, I’m never attaching the scourge wings before painting them again lmao).

I love the witch elf models and I’m looking to use them as wych Elf Proxies. My only question is if I were to use the standard bearer model if it would cause any issues at all tournament, seeing how the standard extends the model quite a bit.

It comes with a knife variant, but I would prefer to use the standard.

I am probably over thinking this. Since the Drukhari are all about power over others. Being worried about being targeted during a raid would probably make them look weak in the eyes of his peers.

But with my painting scheme. I wanted to have the lowest kalabites be mainly a drab white with a splash of a accent color or in other words the archon's personal color. Then as the units that are ranked higher would have more of that color and maybe a accent color or marking specific to that unit type. Then the archon would be all that color with their own separate accent color.

I am not quite sure how Drukhari color schemes work. But I wanted to tie them all together. But I didn't want to paint every single model in the army the same way. As that would get boring and cut down on the individuality of each unit. But I would not want them to be completely different like aspect warriors.

These are some great looking models and I want to do them justice in my painting style.

So far I am digging the main points of the models being the helmets and the weapons. What I want to better refine is a good pale skin recipe and black armor simple nmm recipe

Would corsairs be useful to give my army a better way to deal with them?

Would you edge highlight the armour on this archon? I did the armour mostly with air brush, not sure if I should take the mint green around the edges or not. Thanks!

admittedly I don’t know much about drukhari. I know spirit stones are a common trophy taken off regular eldar, do the drukhari have anything equivalent?

What do you think of them and how could I improve them

Okay so the title is mostly click bait. I love my ravager lol. It absolutely smokes basic space Marines and ork boyz.

However, I have a serious question for the community.

Is it worth taking a unit of scourage with splinter cannons instead?

With the increased toughness that we have seen, is this a reasonable thing to test?

I will say that my play partner plays Stodes and the ravager is very underwhelming against Stodes. So, my perception of the meta and the ravager may be warped by playing into Stodes like 80% of the time.

After having some fun with the Voidraven Bomber — which apparently confused my opponent more than it confused me, and actually worked out pretty well — it's time to get back to more serious list building.

I've made a few changes to my Cartel + EoS list. I've dropped 10 Wyches and 2x3 Reavers to fit in a fourth Venom, a Cronos, a second unit of 10 Kabalites, and Informant Network.

Drazhar + Incubi in a Venom and one Ravager will start in Strategic Reserves.

The list (2,000 points):

• 2x Archon, Lady Malys, Drazhar, Succubus
• 2x10 Kabalites, 10 Wyches, 10 Hand of the Archon
• 2x5 Incubi, 5 Mandrakes, Cronos
• 2x5 Scourges (4 Dark Lances / 4 Heat Lances)
• Raider, 4x Venom, 2x Ravager (Disintegrator Cannons)

Detachment: Kabalite Cartel + Exhibition of Slaughter
Mission: Reconnaissance

I'm curious about two things in particular:

• Informant Network: Is the extra deployment flexibility and board presence worth giving up the Wyches and Reavers, or would you stick with the additional fast melee units?
• Anti-tank: Would you keep both Ravagers with Disintegrator Cannons alongside the Scourges, or switch at least one Ravager back to Dark Lances?

Interested to hear how others would approach the list. What would you change, if anything?

From my understanding (both units were before my time in the hobby), Trueborn and Blood Brides were upgraded Kabalites and Wyches respectively, able to take more special weapons than their base counterparts.

If GW were to bring these units back in our next codex, would you like them to stay as they were, or have them be implemented differently? Or for that matter, getting a special variant of Wracks too, since Covens desperately need more stuff as is.

Admittedly I've been thinking about Hand of the Archon as being our new Trueborn unit, but its status seems a bit nebulous since they've been taken off the KT lineup and have yet to reappear.

While I really liked them at first, I’m totally disheartened now. My local community is very competitive, and I feel like my list has absolutely no impact on most players. I don’t know what to do anymore—I’m at the point where I’m actually considering selling off my models. Here’s a full list of what I have.

Im thinking about selling my Drukhari army and I just want a idea of how much would you guys say I could sell it for? I don't want to sell my Harlequins or Mandrakes because I'm using them for kill team. It's about 1800pts and I kit bashed some Eldar for heavy weapon scourges.

I will use my drukhari for the first time on a small local tournament with 1k points list(2vs2 matches whith everyone bringing 1k). Any advice on a good list?

Since I'm a big lore guy I really like Raging Heroes' take on Wych Aelves, they look great and lore accurate (one side bare skin)

The wrack on the left was my original idea for the scheme. But in practice, it doesn't seem to work. I have a feeling it's because of the color of metal clashing with the bone. What do you think? Right of left?

Greetings fellow pain engine fans. I am jumping into Drukhari, I picked up 2 ComPats with my initial buy. I really like Talos and am wondering if I should try 2x2 Talos or 2 Talos and 2 Cronos. Am I overvaluing the extra pain tokens Cronos brings? Or might it be good to build all Talos and bring in 5th one later. Thoughts? I'm planning on running Skysplinter+tools

So big fan of Skari and im running a version of his 6-0 list at a gt my question is is it crazy to run the archon with hand if i bring the banner its 17 oc in total scout 7 and it cant be overwatched i personally think its a good package and its the same guns as the kabalite minus sticky but i know they are good for holding objectives but my focus is take and hold. Alot of people i know are running take and if i get paired into them i want to make sure i can deny as many of their primary as possible
