Lots of young people here, i just wanted to tell you that this weather we have right now is how delhi used to be almost all throughout the year besides 15-20 days in the summer. hitting the cricket grounds in chanakya puri and Siri fort with a leather ball was peak bliss. that swing was marvelous, OMG. also we drank from the taps back then, greatest decade of mankind, the 90's.

If BJP arrests AD on 16th it will be projected as arrested bcoz he is trying to hoist flag if they don’t arrest then it will give a chance to CJP to plan a big protest again…
What do you guys think???
I think it was a well thought out strategy by CJP to let its leaders get arrested now they can set a different narrative….

CJP's Abhijeet Deepke joined AISA President Neha Bora and others for a press conference at the Press Club in Delhi and said:

"The real intention is one nation, one party. One nation, one leader. That's why Modi has turned into a dictator. But he doesn't have any guts. ... I want to tell Narendra Modi, 'Don't be such a coward, dude, if you're going to hide behind the police like this.... then just declare an official emergency, what's there to be afraid of?"

We all know Modi could never in a million years be able to sit and speak in front of a huge media presence like these guys did today. What do you think, coward and also incompetent?

94 of the BJP's 240 MPs elected in 2024 (39%) declared criminal cases, and 63 (26%) declared serious ones; but nearly all are pending cases, not convictions, and the share is lower than Congress's.

What these numbers are. They come from the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), which reads the sworn affidavits every candidate files. A declared case means an FIR or charges exist, not that the person is guilty. Many are protest or speech cases; ADR also warns a case's status may have changed since the affidavit was filed (The Week/PTI).

Chief ministers. In ADR's August 2025 analysis, 12 of 30 CMs declared criminal cases. The highest counts belong to opposition CMs: Telangana's Revanth Reddy (Congress, 89) and Tamil Nadu's M.K. Stalin (DMK, 47). The only BJP CM named in the reported list is Maharashtra's Devendra Fadnavis, with four (Greater Kashmir/PTI).

Named high-profile cases and their outcome

What the evidence supports. A large number of BJP lawmakers face criminal cases, the party has the most MPs and MLAs with crimes-against-women cases, and some cases against top leaders ended without trial. It does not support saying BJP leaders are proven rapists, murderers or bribe-takers as a group: among the cases above, one ended in conviction, the others in acquittal, discharge or withdrawal. Bribery-related probes of politicians who later joined the BJP are covered in section 2.

To look up any individual: ADR publishes each candidate's affidavit, with case sections listed, on its MyNeta site (myneta.info). Check there before naming anyone, and state whether each case is pending, convicted or closed.

I guess, watching the police action these past days, No court order seem to keep them in control, they are acting arbitrarily. They will do anything to stop Lehra do tiranga call.
