I’ve had this bottle for a while. I bought it for my daughter for her birthday. It’s barely used. I brought it into my local bath and body work to exchange it for another bottle this size of Vanilla. She told me I wasn’t able to exchange it because they don’t sell it anymore. I didn’t believe her because an associate at another store told me to exchange a full size bottle because mine again the topper was broken. That bottle was half way used and I did as he said with no problems. I didn’t argue with this lady I asked if there was someone she could ask to be sure and she said no and pointed to some fine print that’s at the register about their exchange policy. I didn’t bother to read it. I left and googled it. From the Google response seems as though she was wrong. So are there any BBW associated that could clarify it for me on if this is exchangeable or do I just need to trash the bottle.

Well darn. I fell in love with the suede blossom scent . I saw that the lotion was 18.95 and I asked if it would work and of course it doesn’t . The 1 thing I found in there that I want . I get it , “ exclusions apply “ but come on . I spend a lot of money to earn that reward . I am tired of the limitations on what we can redeem . There is nothing else I am interested in right now . No good sales , nothing worth getting for me . I’m just bummed out . I have a couple mini reward/coupons, the 20% off and my reward . I don’t want to waste them . I still have some time . I’m really hoping there is something that I’m interested in before then

I thought a vampire blood candle last year and fell IN LOVE with the scent. I still have the candle but since I use a wax warmer lamp instead of lighting it doesn’t smell very strong anymore. But I went to go smell when there was a sale when it came back this year a few weeks ago but I feel like it smells different? Like more of a sickly base to it? Which was super weird to me, it’s plum and I spray my scent from last year and smell the candle and it smells wonderful but this year it smells just different :/

I placed a BOPIS on Monday, all of the items were part of the big sale so it was like a $26 order. A few few hours later I got the email that it was ready for pick up, but one of the candles wasn’t in stock so they removed it, no big deal.

I couldn’t make it to the store until today, which is only three days after placing the order and none of the employees could find it! I really wasn’t that upset about it because I really just wanted a pumpkin candle before October is over so I didn’t feel that particularly attached to any of the scents that I got.

They had no idea what happened to it because it wasn’t marked as picked up, and the manager even went through all of the individual pick up order bags to make sure there wasn’t a mistake.

The only thing I was upset that they no longer had in stock was the cassette tape bag charm. They had two other things from my order in stock in the store and then they refunded me for the things that weren’t there. I told them I didn’t mind swapping the scents for others so they let me pick a new candle and wallflowers and honored the sale price that I paid for them.

I actually felt bad for the employees because they were getting really stressed out and they thanked me for being so kind about it. It really wasn’t a big deal because I got a couple of full price things for the sale price. But I can imagine they probably get some really ruthless people when things like that happen.

Looks like Door Dash will be delivering my last online order 🫣 I’ve never had a DD delivery on anything before that I know of. I don’t even have a DD account 🤷‍♀️ Hopefully things go smoothly but either way I’m done ordering online. I ordered on the 12th and this is the only email I’ve received other than the confirmation email that day. I ordered 23 items and only 2 candles are on this email so I guess the rest is coming in another shipment? 🚚 Not worth the stress of will I/won’t I get it or will it/won’t it be damaged. If it’s not in stores I don’t need it 😅

Do we know whether this will be out next week or the week after?

Apologies in advance for the stupid question but in order to qualify for the free full size item with $10 purchase does it have to be a single item or could I do something like a travel size and a single hand sanitizer or the 6/$10 deal? That’s the only thing I can think of at the $10 price point. What other items are closest to $10? I’d like to take advantage of it when some of the new scents come out but I’m trying not to buy too much either.

Has anyone else had issues with their DoorDash deliveries? Mine has been at the “intercepted/exception” status for three days now, with no movement. BBW is making me wait two more days before sending a replacement, and I KNOW my Coastal Dreaming EDP is sold out 😭 I’m so tired of BBW outsourcing their shipping to DD. Bring back UPS!!

Does anyone know when the room sprays are going on sale again?

So only last week we had the October 10th flash sales in Australia, so I got a few bargains and I was like "Great, now I can put my wallet on ice for a few months".

But now the Christmas stuff has dropped and I would love to get Sugared Pine Needles 3-wick, but it's gone live so early! I know that I am feeling precisely the way these types of product drops are designed to make me feel, but man. Bring back the days when Christmas stuff started appearing in late November!!

I’ve been ordering a bunch and my orders keep getting cancelled! Then when I go back I see the items available. I’m not even just talking about the 75% off but yes that too. And while I’m complaining, why do some stores wait until the end of a day even if you order in the am to fill an online pick up order? Then they sell the items and cancel my order. I’m getting fed up. I just had two worth wanting full size perfumes cancelled (shipping) then went online and they are only available to ship! Within the same hour. I’m getting really annoyed. 😑

I don’t like the men’s body sprays but I like the FFM, what would pair best in your opinion?

I placed an order at a local store on October 10. It was confirmed as ready for pickup. I knew I couldn't make it to the store until tonight, but no problem right? They hold orders for 5 days. Received a reminder on the 14th - started that pickup is available until closing tonight. Perfect! This afternoon, I received an email stating the order was cancelled.

What's up with that?! The main items I wanted are no longer available.

I don’t smell much of the cinnamon or vanilla at all. To me, this smells like brown sugar boba pearls. Exactly like them.

Pink suede is one of my all time favorite scents from BBW and I was soooo excited when I heard it was finally coming back after years of waiting and searching for dupes. Come to find out it’s at Ulta only. I am so disappointed because I was hoping to stock up a bunch during their 5.95 sales. I have never shopped BBW at Ulta before, so does anyone know if Ulta runs any types of sales on their BBW line? I can’t rationalize spending $18 on this lotion, but I would love to get some. I know they will never be $6 at Ulta, but will they ever lower the price? And since it’s only at Ulta, will it be available at BBW during the semi-annual sale??

I find that some of the sales are totally not sales. Candles are buy one get one free, I bought candles a few weeks ago for the same price..then the buy 3 get 3…? $7.50 a piece, i just got each of the items for $5 and some change. Does anyone actually shop these sales?
