Why didn't anyone tell me how amazing Amber Era is?!? This is such a gorgeous scent! Instead of Midnight Rouge, they should have done this one in all the skus for a scent they have! Candle, hand sanitizer, wallflower refill, body wash, body lotion, body cream, minis of everything, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, roll on, purse spray, room spray, EVERYTHING!

The scent reminds me of something from my childhood but I'm not going to get into story time about it. 😆

Definitely unisex too! Men should be wearing this, not just ladies!

I arrived at the store, and it was only myself and the associate, who I assume has a managerial role since I watched her carry out the sales sign to the curb. (plaza shopping mall) I saw three mist, two are pictured and the third was Starfruit Sangaria (?). All were on the 75% off table. I grabbed the two mist, along with two Dream Bright lotions. She saw me put them in my basket and commented that she was going to get them if I did not. I laughed, walked around a bit more, then went to check out. She scanned DB, and it rang up full price. She stated," I am not sure that's been happening a lot lately." I waited, assuming since it's a known issue, she would override the two bottles. She instead just repeated her statement, so I declined them. Then, when she grabbed the mist, she told me she couldn't sell them to me because the system would not let her. I asked if this could be an override or what could be done and was met with the same response.

I am inclined to call back and ask for a manager, but if she opened the store, isn't that her?

What would you do, is it worth it? Can you add more context on why she refused to sell the items?

I have been saying that BBW didn’t market Nocturnal Rose properly. I had this pop up on a social media feed. My immediate thought was this is how the beautiful, gothy Nocturnal Rose should have been marketed.

So only last week we had the October 10th flash sales in Australia, so I got a few bargains and I was like "Great, now I can put my wallet on ice for a few months".

But now the Christmas stuff has dropped and I would love to get Sugared Pine Needles 3-wick, but it's gone live so early! I know that I am feeling precisely the way these types of product drops are designed to make me feel, but man. Bring back the days when Christmas stuff started appearing in late November!!

Has anyone else dealt with the wallflowers and scents making their cats and/or other pets sick?? I’m pretty sure they are causing my cat to get sick so I’ve stopped using them

I placed a BOPIS on Monday, all of the items were part of the big sale so it was like a $26 order. A few few hours later I got the email that it was ready for pick up, but one of the candles wasn’t in stock so they removed it, no big deal.

I couldn’t make it to the store until today, which is only three days after placing the order and none of the employees could find it! I really wasn’t that upset about it because I really just wanted a pumpkin candle before October is over so I didn’t feel that particularly attached to any of the scents that I got.

They had no idea what happened to it because it wasn’t marked as picked up, and the manager even went through all of the individual pick up order bags to make sure there wasn’t a mistake.

The only thing I was upset that they no longer had in stock was the cassette tape bag charm. They had two other things from my order in stock in the store and then they refunded me for the things that weren’t there. I told them I didn’t mind swapping the scents for others so they let me pick a new candle and wallflowers and honored the sale price that I paid for them.

I actually felt bad for the employees because they were getting really stressed out and they thanked me for being so kind about it. It really wasn’t a big deal because I got a couple of full price things for the sale price. But I can imagine they probably get some really ruthless people when things like that happen.

Do we think the new holiday stuff (traditions, snowflakes and cashmere, cocoa flurries, etc) will be out this upcoming monday or the 26th?

i’m debating bc i need to exchange some stuff i wasn’t a fan of and might just wait til monday so i can at least exchange it for some stuff i know ill use/have fun with

Looks like Door Dash will be delivering my last online order 🫣 I’ve never had a DD delivery on anything before that I know of. I don’t even have a DD account 🤷‍♀️ Hopefully things go smoothly but either way I’m done ordering online. I ordered on the 12th and this is the only email I’ve received other than the confirmation email that day. I ordered 23 items and only 2 candles are on this email so I guess the rest is coming in another shipment? 🚚 Not worth the stress of will I/won’t I get it or will it/won’t it be damaged. If it’s not in stores I don’t need it 😅

Well darn. I fell in love with the suede blossom scent . I saw that the lotion was 18.95 and I asked if it would work and of course it doesn’t . The 1 thing I found in there that I want . I get it , “ exclusions apply “ but come on . I spend a lot of money to earn that reward . I am tired of the limitations on what we can redeem . There is nothing else I am interested in right now . No good sales , nothing worth getting for me . I’m just bummed out . I have a couple mini reward/coupons, the 20% off and my reward . I don’t want to waste them . I still have some time . I’m really hoping there is something that I’m interested in before then

Finally got my order from October 5! Delivered by FedEx and everything is in perfect condition. And I got a coupon book! Happy October 🍂🍁

Bath and Body Works needs to stop using Door Dash as a delivery option. I had 3 orders that were never delivered. The order shows the driver whoever he or she may be has had the package over a week with no delivery. BBW is sending out replacement for what could be replaced. An order that included the Fall & Coffee candle holders are no longer available so I’m SOL. The CS rep told me that a customer said a Door Dash driver on delivery took a picture of the box then walked off with it. So BBW you’re not saving money if you have to re-ship the order that was stolen by Door Dash.

Holy moly this scent is INTENSE. I got the room spray and hand wash... The smells stays on my hands forever and my four year old HATES it to the point he doesn't want to snuggle with me and literally went to a different bathroom to use different soap himself. I've never seen him react this way to a scent, and it's pretty intense to me too.

Went to my local Walmart yesterday for some wax melts and came across a new scent for their fall collection and omg!?! The way this smells IDENTICAL to champagne apple & honey is insane. I picked up two of them since I only saw it in a small size but if you love champagne apple & honey (like I do) DEFINITELY recommend this one. I also got it because even though I have the room spray it doesn’t really last the whole day and isn’t as strong as I want it to be so this was perfect 🤭

And before you ask, yes I know it may seem like a “small thing” but HOW are we supposed to get in the Halloween mood if absolutely no Halloween music is played? Like it’s the middle of October THROW US A BONE HERE!!!! The only song I’ve heard is a remix of “spooky scary skeletons” and they rarely play that. It seriously pisses me off that they don’t play anything Halloween themed. I know they played Halloween Disney music last year, and that was great. But we literally have a “nightmare before Christmas” collab, play a few songs from that movie. THE OPPORTUNITY IS RIGHT THERE.
