I arrived at the store, and it was only myself and the associate, who I assume has a managerial role since I watched her carry out the sales sign to the curb. (plaza shopping mall) I saw three mist, two are pictured and the third was Starfruit Sangaria (?). All were on the 75% off table. I grabbed the two mist, along with two Dream Bright lotions. She saw me put them in my basket and commented that she was going to get them if I did not. I laughed, walked around a bit more, then went to check out. She scanned DB, and it rang up full price. She stated," I am not sure that's been happening a lot lately." I waited, assuming since it's a known issue, she would override the two bottles. She instead just repeated her statement, so I declined them. Then, when she grabbed the mist, she told me she couldn't sell them to me because the system would not let her. I asked if this could be an override or what could be done and was met with the same response.

I am inclined to call back and ask for a manager, but if she opened the store, isn't that her?

What would you do, is it worth it? Can you add more context on why she refused to sell the items?

I have been saying that BBW didn’t market Nocturnal Rose properly. I had this pop up on a social media feed. My immediate thought was this is how the beautiful, gothy Nocturnal Rose should have been marketed.

Pleasantly surprised!! There was one left at my store and I grabbed it because it was cheap! I love it 🫐

Finally got my order from October 5! Delivered by FedEx and everything is in perfect condition. And I got a coupon book! Happy October 🍂🍁

Bath and Body Works needs to stop using Door Dash as a delivery option. I had 3 orders that were never delivered. The order shows the driver whoever he or she may be has had the package over a week with no delivery. BBW is sending out replacement for what could be replaced. An order that included the Fall & Coffee candle holders are no longer available so I’m SOL. The CS rep told me that a customer said a Door Dash driver on delivery took a picture of the box then walked off with it. So BBW you’re not saving money if you have to re-ship the order that was stolen by Door Dash.

I bought one immediately for my mom, as we had oddly been talking about nightlights the other day. I'm not buying the wallflower scents, so.hopefully it won't break! Anyone else just use the nightlight part?

Contemplating getting this candle holder , cost wise and space ,etc. I saw a video where someone was placing Christmas candles on him in the store with his red/green outfit. So at this price I snatched him up! 🥰 🐻 Oh and the soap holder of course for my kitchen. I got bear candle holder with 25% coupon and gc last time. On this purchase I used my recent coupon. My daughter still has hers if I need it. But TBH trying to not get anything else till BF & candle day. 👀

Say you can only afford to buy 1 candle for the Christmas season, which 1 will you buy? Which would you recommend?

Pink suede is one of my all time favorite scents from BBW and I was soooo excited when I heard it was finally coming back after years of waiting and searching for dupes. Come to find out it’s at Ulta only. I am so disappointed because I was hoping to stock up a bunch during their 5.95 sales. I have never shopped BBW at Ulta before, so does anyone know if Ulta runs any types of sales on their BBW line? I can’t rationalize spending $18 on this lotion, but I would love to get some. I know they will never be $6 at Ulta, but will they ever lower the price? And since it’s only at Ulta, will it be available at BBW during the semi-annual sale??

I don’t smell much of the cinnamon or vanilla at all. To me, this smells like brown sugar boba pearls. Exactly like them.

Wicked Vanilla Woods is my signature scent that I like to wear all year long. It wasn’t available this fall. Does anyone know of any scents that are similar?

This particular bottle is also from Mercari, it only had like 1/4 left and the packaging was already super messed up, but, at that time, I was just trying it. So I was okay with a 1/4 full bottle.

Anyone else love this? I searched the sub and someone said it smells like SDJ 71, and I could not disagree more. First of all, SDJ 71 doesn't have a coconut note, it has a "coconut blossom" note. And SDJ 71 is soooo gourmand and buttery, CCP is so much more wearable. It's the perfectly wearable gourmand.

It’s already in my collection 😝 Notes of Blush berries, Velvet peonies, and soft cotton. Very sweet, cozy, and ‘heavy’ I️ love her and wear it mostly during like january/feb when it’s the coldest in my region.

If anyone is a fan of goose creek and has the Kyoto tea house candle the bath and body works “morning tea” candle is the EXACT same candle!! Which is awesome for me because Kyoto tea house was my favorite candle ever. I just received my bath and body works candle last night and literally gasped when I smelled it. I still have the Kyoto tea house, I sniffed that one and the bath and body works and was delighted and surprised.

The title has a typo, I think the BBW is called “morning tea”
