Can I trim the very low branches so I can get my lawn mower under the tree? A couple are basically coming out at ground level. Hudson Valley NY location

Obviously a row of coast redwoods should never have been planted so close to power lines, but jeez guys did you have to mutilate them so badly?

Please help me identify this tree. The city of Thornton refuses to help me get rid of this tree and the thousands of trees behind the house. They take over the lawn in the spring and she growing under the deck. Anyone know who can help us? You would think the city would care as it's going to ruin pipes and foundation.

Hello. I'd like to plant a blue atlas cedar in this general area. How close to the house can I plant it? Online search says like 20 ft out, I was hoping for 5 to 6 ft out from house....I also plan to relocate the Taylor juniper, I didn't realize it needs sun to hit all sides of tree. Thanks.
