President of Baseball operations in the dugout doing his job? Nick would NEVER

This is a scenario where YOU are the franchise. You are the owner, GM, front office. What would you do if you had the keys. Castellinis are gone, Krall is gone, Meador is gone. You are in charge now. What do you do?

I got the Seattle colors when they dropped over the summer and I just got the Reds color today. They look sharp! I heard some people think they should have the number he wore here and that would be nice but I can live with the 24 on them.

Happy to see him having post season success but the fact that the Reds traded one of the few people that could consistently hit tells you all you need to know.

They could have found room for his bat.

Obviously the whole Black Sox scandal fixed the World Series.

Put together a list with all the songs used at the end of the season. Not sure what Remix of A Milli Williamson used, shazam couldn't grab it. If anyone knows that'd be great!

Both teams in the ALCS have lower budgets than the Reds. That tells me that what the Reds spend is enough to put a World Series caliber team on the field. The problem isn't the amount of money being spent it's how it's being spent (not a shocking revelation I know). Talent evaluation is where the problem lies. I read almost daily about what the Reds need to do in the off season. Who the need to keep or sign or move on from. Until the talent evaluation personnel changes this franchise will continue to flaunder, period. So I guess ownership is to blame for not cleaning house and getting competent people in those talent evaluation positions.

... Again. Just as small a market and routinely finds themselves in the playoffs and winning series.

We having won a series since 1995.

Sell the damn team, Bob.

I understand frustration with the managment/ownership but it feels like some of the fanbase outright dislikes our best players. Like we don’t have any players worth building around? Elly was top 10 in OPS and 3rd in offensive WAR. Sal is gonna be ROTY with 30 and 110. btw this is in reference to a post that was deleted so it’s about that specifically and if you don’t think it applies to you it probably doesn’t.

2nd most in baseball, 5th most overall.

Sell the team, you're clearly incompetent.

I visited my dad over the weekend and saw these got hung up, he told me that these were from the 70s and if I remember right, one was from when they went to the World Series, though he couldn't recall which one it was. I had never seen them before and when he visited me earlier this year and I mentioned that I was getting into baseball, he was telling me about the times he went to the Reds games and stuff. I figured y'all might like this.
