Question Desperate for help : Missing Qantas luggage with World Championship equipment!

I'm representing Australia at a World Championships in Peru and have arrived without my luggage containing essential competition equipment.

We checked in with Qantas in Brisbane on Wednesday for our Brisbane–Melbourne leg, but later discovered we weren't given a baggage tag/receipt for this particular bag, despite watching it being checked in.

We booked through LATAM, so we don't have a Qantas booking reference, making their lost baggage system impossible to use.

LATAM has spent over 24 hours trying to locate it, but we believe the issue originated at Qantas check-in. Qantas hasn't responded to our emails.

Does anyone know how to contact someone at Qantas directly who can urgently help? We're overseas, running out of time, and I'm desperate to recover my competition equipment before the event.

Any help or contacts would be hugely appreciated! 🙏

Complaint/Rant Children in Business Class

Should not be allowed.
I’ve just had two consecutive flights coast to coast with a crying, yelling, screaming toddler in front of me. In the second instance the parents (both flights had them in 1A/D) pushed their seats right back and fell asleep with the 3yo unsupervised. Poor bloke next to me couldn’t even use buisness class to do business on his laptop. Get 3 economy seats, put the child in the middle. Yes I have (grown) kids and that’s what we always did. Millennials. Vote me down. It needs to be said.
