Exactly! It’s not about agreeing with someone politically cause nobody deserves to be physically attracted for their beliefs. You can disagree with someone without resorting to violence
That's why this post feels strange to me. The issue is not that someone was assaulted at one person or another's rally. The issue is that someone was assaulted for saying "Release the Epstein Files". I'd hope if someone stood up at a Tallarico rally, Nazi saluted, and shouted "Heil Trump, heil dem Vierten Reich" sorta like Richard Spencer, that they'd get clocked swiftly (like Richard Spencer) regardless of their gender.
I would consider the guys sieg heiling and walking around with swastika, trying to push an ethonstate at any cost nazis. Do you have a problem with that?
Yeah, a guy did the Nazi Salute TWICE at the most recent POTUS inauguration and everyone present cheered. I think it's fair to say that those people are Nazis.
No, but we also have about a decade of insane public discourse where people who enjoy Snyder's DC movies were unironically being called nazis and far-right. It isn't unreasonable not to trust the general public with the ability to determine who is and is not a nazi.
I don't care for the idea of one person determining what another deserves
I can, however, acknowledge that the nazi ideology cannot exist without the explicit threat of extreme violence toward those it deems lesser, and fully support a person's right to self defense in situations where they're present and being nazis.
"Anymore"- uhhhh when were we safe in our own homes? In the past when father's would sell their daughters into marriage? Or the eras where people believed rape can't exist within marriage? When they were making laws & regulations on what you can & cant beat your wife with? Or the days when they'd be accused of witch craft for being an herbalist or midwife on the outskirts of town? Pellets, tell me of this mythical time
Yes they can. Don't doomspiral just because of some violence somewhere else. You are safe in your own home 99% of the time unless you have violent partners or roommates.
And that's a real problem that we have to work together to solve. But panicking or thinking you're always going to have to be in "survival" mode, even in your own home, is not productive or healthy. Being a feminist isn't about being afraid of men and broad statistics, it's about dismantling the systems that encourage all that violence.
I am very sorry to break this to you but most violence against women is done by a man they know in their own home. It has gotten worse with the overt anti-women's rights preached by the GOP.
Oh, I know. I'm just saying that panicking or spiraling and saying things like "Women can't even be safe in their own homes anymore" is not helpful to the person saying them or anyone believing them. And it might be a language issue, because when someone says "their own home" I am picturing a person living alone or holding more power in the household.
Maybe. Just a quirk in how I think about that phrase. If I said "my own home" while living with roommates or partner(s), that seems wrong to me. I would say "In our own home" or "in my roommates'/polycule's home."
No, we can't. And that's sad and worthy of whatever help we can give while we're in our own storm. But you and me and other women are not suddenly at risk of violence or death in our own homes. We have agency and ability. Panic/hysteria is the mind-killer.
My point is the difference in how women are treated at these events is honestly disturbing. It really makes you wonder why some people feel so comfortable using violence against women
But we’re not taking in generalities. We’re talking about this specific person: Tyler Robinson.
Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said in September 2025 that people close to Robinson described him as having a “leftist ideology.” In July 2026, prosecutors argued in court filings that Robinson targeted Kirk because of Kirk’s conservative political and religious views, including his positions on LGBTQ+ issues.
They aren’t a bot but they are not intelligent. They use ChatGPT as a source. They commented below:
Massachusetts allows abortions up until death and based on the Clancy case, are okay with post birth abortions as well. If she is tried again she will get off.
How are you people constantly okay with all the constant lying? It’s rather impressive that you can lie so much and at the same time ignore the violence from the right.
The ruling oligarchs made it okay to blatantly lie about anything and everything. Denying reality is an arrow in the quiver used so much, the have to re-fletch it every day.
To them, the violence the extreme right commits isnt violence, its "giving tHe LiBrUhLs" what they deserve for defying their orange turd.
