I just learned that there is a continue feature in the original SMB, if you hold A and press start you can jump right to the world you died on with 3 lives. I feel like most people dont know about this feature and the common perception of the game is that you restart the whole thing every time. Do you think the developers intended people to use the continues or was that more of a secret feature?

I was printing out sheet music for super bell hill, the overworld theme for super mario 3d world. I noticed the opening looked off to me, because I always thought it sounded like how I whistle it in the first part of the attached video. I looked up the song online to see if I could figure out the notes myself, but I heard it sound exactly like the sheet music. FYI, the part I misremembered was 2 more notes building the opening. Does anyone know where this misremembering comes from if it does come from anything, and if not has anyone else misremembered this or am I crazy.

I feel this complaint, along with some of the other "grrrr... mandates" type of qualms people sport feeling kinda unwarranted and weird.

Especially with Draggadon and Wingo, if they had been introduced at any other time or game other than Treasure Tracker, they would be on about Wart's level of popularity in the fandom.

Who's your favorite 2010s era Mario guy?

I called the number this morning and was met with "You are not allowed to make dialed carrier calls." Everyone else who tried it had the same thing, so I guess R.I.P. the Super Mario Bros. Plumbing number.

Honestly though, that number was part of a promotional campaign for The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which was released 3 years ago already. So the fact that it’s not working anymore is quite inevitable.

Aside from being a playable side character in Mario games, princess peach has only had 2 solo games: Super Princess Peach and Princess Peach Showtime. I've seen a general consensus of being unsatisfied with these titles due to being too easy, having a lack of depth, or just plain boring compared to other Mario titles.

Which genre of game do you want to see Princess Peach star in?

For me, a puzzle-ish platformer that makes use of her float, parasol, and even turnips would be super fun to play in, playing similar to Celeste.

Though for the demographic of her fan-base, I think an open world RPG style like breath of the wild could be appealing.

What are your thoughts on her current place in Nintendo games and her future going forward?

Also I got the name because "Bob-Bomb" has the name Bob in it so I when with Nick for "Nick-Nuke"
