Discussion/Question Here's a question: Which boss attack in the series is your favorite, either by its coolness factor, or by how fun it is?
My favorite one is the one where Chaos Elfilis (Ultimate Cup Z EX version) turns into THE SUN and forces Kirby to hide in the shadow of the pillars. It's just such a unique attack (though I heard that Mr. Shine and Bright have a similar attack in DL2)

Discussion/Question Which of the alternate Waddle Dee enemies that appear in the late-game stages starting from Return to Dream Land is your favorite?
I will exclude the Awoofy from Forgotten Land because they replaced the Waddle Dees from beginning to end. The alternate Waddle Dee enemies that appear in the late game started from Return to Dream Land, and while there are cases where they are just simple replacements with no functional differences from the originals, I think they are worth discussing because showing completely different inhabitants in those areas is an element that increases immersion in the gameplay.
Halcandle Dee: This is the first example, an enemy that appears in Halcandra. With their gray appearance, they fit quite well with the Egg Engines stages. My favorite thing about them is that they use their own tin can robot as an alternate version of the Armor Waddle Dee, which I found cute. However, other than that, it seems like they were a somewhat easily forgettable enemy due to their dull color scheme.
Sectra Dee: These are Sectonia's minions living in Royal Road, and to be honest, they are my least favorite alternate Waddle Dee, even though I basically like insect designs. So I also like the designs of insect enemies in other Kirby games. But this one gave me a strong impression of looking very unnatural, as if insect features were artificially forced onto a green Waddle Dee shape. However, there is an upside beyond Sectra Dee, which is that there are many alternate enemies unique to that area besides Sectra Dee. There is the flower version Pacflower replacing Pacto, and insect versions of Bronto Burt and Gordo. While Sectra Dee itself might not be a strong point, having these various versions meant there were many alternate enemies that increased the immersion of the final section, even aside from them.
Haltworker: I feel like it is a bit unfair to compare them to the others. They make their appearance from the beginning riding the Invader Armor, they were even mini-bosses, and they shoot guns instead of acting like Waddle Dees. However, in the late-game areas, they appear in place of Waddle Dees, so they can still be called alternate Waddle Dees. They are my favorite, partly because of the things I mentioned earlier, but simply because I really like how they look like a Mario Bob-omb wearing a spacesuit.
The gun itself creates a natural difficulty increase compared to other cases, and the way they jump and shoot or shoot from the background strongly gives off the feeling of an enemy force equipped with the latest technology, thoroughly engraving their unique traits. And I think from this point onward, the alternate Waddle Dee enemies started to stand out more and more. Unlike Halcandle Dee or Sectra Dee, they are frequently seen in Planet Robobot-related artworks, which clearly shows that from this point on, as the series progresses, they are trying to raise the recognition of the game through the alternate Waddle Dees as well (the peak of that being Awoofy, of course).
Jambeliever: They are Hyness's alternate Waddle Dees. Design-wise, I like that they are purple and wear hats similar to The Three Mage-Sisters, which makes their sense of being a collective group stand out more. However, other than that, they do not really have anything unique to themselves. Their behavior patterns are exactly the same as Waddle Dees, and there are no alternate versions of other enemies besides them, so it feels like they are slightly lacking as an element to increase immersion in the late-game areas.
But their biggest characteristic lies elsewhere, and that is because of the Staff ability's Jammerjab. No other alternate Waddle Dee enemies had gained a copy ability, and Jammerjab is not even treated as having a separate tool like Parasol Waddle Dee; they are just independent ability users. This also relates to the helper ability Parasol Waddle Dee. Just as there is a separate Parasol Waddle Dee that you can make friends with compared to a regular Waddle Dee, I think it is really cool that they created a similar concept for these new enemies. I also liked the pause screen descriptions or novel depictions of Jammerjab, explaining that they were originally an enemy force not from here but wanted to learn after watching Kirby.
So these are my opinions, and it ended up getting too long as I was writing, so thank you to everyone who read through it all. Seeing that Waddle Dees also appear as enemies in this World Beyond, it seems like there will be late-game Waddle Dees this time too, and I always welcome that. Please let me know what you guys think about them.

Main Series Would you like to see the dream friends again in World Beyond?
Or at least King Dedede, Meta Knight, Waddle Dee and Marx.

Discussion/Question Would you like if world beyond will bring back underwater bosses?
Like think about it, the last boss with underwater elements in the series was gobbler in amazing mirror or if you want to be technical capamari in epic yarn, if the underwater gameplay be like forgotten land I assume we not gonna have underwater segments but I still feel it be cool to fight a boss in a home turf territory sort of deal don't you think?

Discussion/Question How feasible do you think it is to make a "Kirby" game thatβs feels Sonic-like platformer?
And just so you know, Iβm aware that "Spark the Electric Jester" exists. Iβm more interested in how feasible this is with Kirby, given that its level design is geared toward world exploration rather than finishing level fast.
If youβre wondering what I mean by a "Sonic-like" game, here are the characteristics of such games:
- inertia and momentum
- replayability through various paths
- rewarding the effective use of abilities by increasing speed
- Flow

Both Susie and OG Lilligant are faves so this is neat. Fusing Kirby characters with Pokemon sounds like an interesting concept in general.

Discussion/Question What should my first Kirby game be?
Iβve never played a Kirby game before and I would love to hear which game you think my first taste should be. My goal is to just gain more ball knowledge so I can participate in convos with my peers if this series came up.
If you could recommend just one Kirby game to someone whoβs never played the series, which would you pick? It could be your personal favorite, the best starting point for a newcomer, or simply the game you think I should experience first. Feel free to explain why.
Iβm going to use everyoneβs recommendations to help decide where to start, I like putting things into a wheel spin where each persons selection is given a chance, I will give more weight to answers more well received and commonly said though.
Thank you for helping me start my journey into this series

Discussion/Question Some headcanons/theories I came up about Galacta Knight and Star Allies' submodes
This is what I've been thinking up
I believe only the Milky Way Wishes portion of Meta Knightmare Ultra is canon, which would make Galacta Knight canon - After he loses and recovers, he flees to Halcandra to train. When Kirby and Co. reach Dangerous Dinner, at some point, be it separated from the group or with everyone, Kirby finds Galacta Knight and they enter battle, where Kirby wins easily due to Galacta being weaker. Afterwards, Galacta travels across Dimensions to train like some sort of Far-Flung Traveler. Eventually, he senses the presence of Void Termina, and he heads to the Jambastion site to check it out but it'll take a sec for him to get there
This is where Guest Star Mode comes in, I believe mode canonically follows Kirby's discarded helpers re-treading his steps to try and help him.
The Helpers and Galacta Knight arrive at the same time, and promptly fight. But they actually don't because of sum bug that Galacta's soul gets trapped in. However, Galacta Knight showing up at the Jambastion base caused space-time in that area to become unstable, and so tears open up to Another Dimension (which is where GK came from last time). The Helpers finally track down Kirby and inform him on this new matter.
i spent way too much time on this
