DISCUSSION [Discussion] I'm a Toronto dev who traded doomscrolling for 5am side projects, and it rewired how I think about motivation
These days I wake up around 5 and spend an hour building small tools before the workday starts. Things like a PIA questionnaire helper I wanted to exist. Funny thing is it didn't start as a motivation strategy. I'd just gotten tired of doomscrolling the GO train commute and arriving at the office already feeling behind. Now the habit carries me on the mornings I don't feel like it, which is honestly most mornings. Still haven't figured out the evenings though. What part of the day actually feels like yours?
