Had left over leeks in the fridge from the potato leek soup I made the other day. So I threw together this pasta with what I had in hand. I’m sure there is a name for it already or I used the wrong noodles. But it tasted delicious.

A new batch of Jimmy-is-almost-out-of-time sourdough hamburger buns has landed. Made with weak wheat flour, sourdough starter, cream (36% fat), eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt. Sprinkled with chopped pumpkin seeds. More pictures and a recipe in the link below.

Inside we have a double beef quarterpounder (roasted in speck grease), speck (roasted), melted brie and melted cheddar, a cornichon sliced lengthwise, estragon mustard.
