Had left over leeks in the fridge from the potato leek soup I made the other day. So I threw together this pasta with what I had in hand. I’m sure there is a name for it already or I used the wrong noodles. But it tasted delicious.

Made some Indian Inspired Pasties. Tandoori Chicken Tikka Marsala, spiced potatoes, spinach, onion, garlic, seasonings in shorthort crust pastry sprinkled with Ras El Hanout and poppy seeds.

I ended up taking the remainder of the red miso marinade and turned it into a sauce. This was also the first time I tried French glazing carrots

And it's only Monday.

Buns are made with 100% graham* flour, brewer's yeast, sourdough starter, full-fat milk, water, eggs, sugar, butter, salt. Sprinkled with black sesame seeds. 90g each.

Inside we have 2 beef patties (70g each), melted cheddar, tomato slices, pickles sliced lengthwise and a mayo/ketchup/mustard sauce.

Simple and delicious! 😋
