You're here because you want to break the cycle of quitting and relapsing, by never quitting again. I've spent a great deal of time living this way and dwelling on how I got here, this is my best advice for becoming like me. I'm doing this to contribute to the war on porn, by fighting on the side of porn, and to spread a memetic virus for which I am a willing host.
The unabridged version will be on my profile shortly after upload. No AI was used for this, I'm just autistic.
Rule #0 / tldr: It's an addiction. There's a lot of advice out there on how to escape porn addiction, or addiction in general. Your job is to reverse that advice and take it to the extreme.
Process any shame you might have and discard it, this is natural.
Curate a porn collection, download often, add redundancy by copying it to different devices and make it inconvenient to destroy.
Make porn difficult to avoid by placing it in strategic places on your devices. Set up a porn slideshow as your PC's wallpaper, set it as your new tab image in Firefox, set it as your background on your phone, keep your sex toys in plain view.
Make edging your default coping mechanism and choose others carefully. Don't force yourself if you are mentally unwilling, physically unable, or if it's not safe, but lean on it as much as you can.
Mix SFW and NSFW media in your image folders, download both types from the same apps so it's hard to untangle. It takes hours to delete just the porn, and deleting everything is insane.
Framing is everything. Porn addiction isn't physically harmful, it's normal in this day and age, and you will die someday - it could be tomorrow - so hedonism is the only correct choice. Addiction is the default, abstinence is relapse.
Take care of yourself. This makes it easier to convince yourself it's harmless.
Fetishize your addiction, identify as an addict, and surround yourself with others who share your addiction. Porn addiction is hot, at least among the people I associate myself with. Get yourself into the same situation. It's hot to get worse. You want to be hot, don't you?
Orgasm denial helps arousal win the battle against shame more often, and the few battles shame wins will not be by enough to move the needle.
Porn captions are your best friend. Watch enough of them and common threads will repeat themselves like mantras in your mind. Let them play in the background.
If you can't stop yourself from relapsing into abstinence, delay and negotiate. You can quit tomorrow, and you can say that to yourself as many days in a row as you want. You don't have to delete your collection, you know where it is, you can just avoid it. Delete the app instead of your account. If possible, only let yourself quit through sheer willpower, don't make any changes to your environment.
