EDIT: Given the comments from some people who are aviators and who have actually flown this exact plane, I'll give this aviator the benefit of the doubt and cut him some slack.
This happened about 40 minutes ago. I created a throwaway account because I'm adding a video to this post that pretty much doxxes where I live.
This airplane flew very low over my apartment building at least three times. The first time I did not capture on my camera, but I heard a rather loud drone of a plane and looked over my shoulder out the north facing window and saw this plane very low, I almost thought it was about to clip the top of the building. The pictures I've attached to this post capture the second and third time that it buzzed the apartments.
Flightradar24 (a website that tracks flight paths) said that this plane was flying at an altitude of 800 feet. Provided this tool is accurate, that is below the minimum altitude of 1,000 feet above congested areas as designated by the FAA, though that could be wrong.
Am I wrong about this? Is there someone I can report this to? Sorry if it turns out I'm overreacting, but this was quite worrying while it was happening and I had to stop what I was doing at the time to watch the window in case something went wrong with the plane as it was headed towards me and I had to suddenly take cover.
