A collection of Miis I've made based after weezer and weezer-related people, I had a couple more of these but reddit won't allow more than 20 images

If you dont appreciate Pacific Daydream, try listening to it on a warm summer day driving around San Diego with the windows down. White is beloved by most, but being a transplant to Southern California makes it even more special.

Weezer to Receive Legend of Live Award at 2026 Billboard Live Music Summit

It’s been a couple months since its release. After listening to it a bunch of times, I definitely rank it high up with the better albums.

what's with these homies correcting my girl

it just downed on me that i’m seeing them in a few days. not really much of a post, just needed to tell someone. i’m like freaking out. i’m so excited but so nervous for some reason. ig i can’t believe it’s finally happening. hope everyone has been having fun this tour!!

There are times I hear what I think is an amazing song from Weezer that gets literally no attention commercially (as in not in our Weezer fandom). Examples I can think of off the top of my head:
All of the Good Ones
Weekend Woman
Mexican Fender
Put Me Back Together
Ain’t Got Nobody
Can’t Dance, Don’t Ask Me
Nowhere

There are more for sure. But I sometimes will listen and thing “dang I wish I wrote that.” But do we think anyone would like the songs if I did? Would I be able to get signed to a label with a song like Mexican Fender? Do people dismiss a great song just because it’s ‘Weeeeezer’ and the ‘they haven’t had a good song since Green’ mentality? Let’s say it’s not me writing the songs instead. If Olivia Rodrigo, before popping off, presented Put Me Back Together…would it have resonated?

I don’t have an answer. I just muse on this stuff from time to time.

I recently attended The Gathering. Great show all around. My only (very minor) complaint is that Rivers' vocals seemed pretty clearly pitch-corrected at points. He would kind of rest in the higher head voice and let the vocal effects do the work. That's the impression I got anyway. I could be wrong. Anyone notice the same?

Please note, I'm not passing judgment on using live autotune. If the band can churn out more shows that way and get in front of more people, I think that's great. Just curious if I'm imagining things.

For Weezer fans that have stayed by their side all these years: did you reject it when it was first released? How many times did you listen to it in full?

For newer or returning fans: when (year) did you reject it and how many times did you listen to it in full before concluding you didn’t like it?

I’m just collecting data for no purpose other than curiosity. I’m not as interested in why you rejected.

im new to weezer so i dont know many of their songs. any songs similar to tragic girl?

i used https://weezersorter.github.io/ very good very nice

Ok guys me and my bf are gonna see Weezer and it’s our first time I’ve always gone with my mom and I’ve never been in general admission so I’m nervous. It starts at 8 and we are ubering. We wanna be close up so should we just get there at like 7 or maybe even 6 and just stand by the bars? And just take turns using the rr? Lol also is it impolite if i make a sign just to flash for a little every now and then and is that allowed? ALSO is it impolite if i get on his shoulders for a little for a picture IM NERVOUS i don’t wanna ruin anyone’s experience and also wanna be up close to the railing soooo bad if we get there early is that a guaranteed spot?🥹 and how early should we get there

Weezer - Live at Hultsfred Festival (June 16, 2001)

1. The girl got hot (no. Just no)

2. Can’t stop partying (bad. But the chammillionaire version was better than Lil Wayne).

3. I’m your daddy (The title says it all? doesn’t it?)

4. In the mall (I love Patrick, but wtf is this?)

Now we are in mid tier

1. Let it all hang out. (I don’t really have much to say about it)

2. Trippin’ down the freeway (there’s not really much to say about it except for the verses are amazing)

now we are in good tier

1. I don’t want to let you go. (I like it. That’s it)

2. Love is the answer. (I honestly don’t understand the hate for this one. First off it’s great lyric wise. Rivers isn’t acting like a skeezy old man. And at least the song is different from power chords and stock drum sets. And I’m also not surprised Rivers made this song. Because he loves Asian culture. So it’s no surprise he would make a song that would be tied around that)

3. (if you’re wondering if I want you to) I want you to (the fan favourite right here. And this is not disappointing. A really great startup)

4. Put me back together (alright, if someone says to me that raditude doesn’t have any good songs. I would tell them to listen to this song. Because one, it’s amazing lyric wise. It seems like he actually tried. The instrumentals are good too. I know people call it generic pop rock, but I don’t see anything bad about it. Maybe if this wasn’t off of the same album as can’t stop partying, it would’ve been received better)

Like 2 or 3 weeks ago i did a poll of the best album thats not blue or Pinkerton now im doing the same thing but reverse excluding the 2 most hated
