Recently bought a used pc and at first everything was fine. Game crashed once in a blue moon but that was it. I installed a steering mod and again everything remained fine. Installed a bunch of other mods and at first it was fine, but then my game started crashing going into random towns. I was in the middle of a 2500 mile job, at at like mile 1530 I hit a town that caused endless crashes. I removed all mods, kept verifying files (I saw an error notification at one point), and even deleted the entire save file to try a new one and STILL it crashes just driving down the road of the tutorial.

I posted both logs from my most recent crash. I know nothing about files or coding, hell I barely even know anything about this pc except that it was cheap and runs ats fine (minus the crashes but idk if its hardware related).

I will note, I have 6 mods subscribed but none are active. Don't know if unsubscribing makes a difference even if they aren't active.

I get a fine while moving forward on a green light. I could reproduce this behavior on at least one other similar place (Las Vegas).
I don't have a driving license, and I never visited the USA. So I'm not sure : is it a bug, or a specific rule I don't know ?

Hey all I play ats on an Xbox ally I’ve been having an issue for the past 3 days where I’ll launch the game drive around 100 miles then it’ll crash I don’t know how to fix it I’ve tried everything I can think of if it has any relevance I primarily drive in Washington and it crashes in the same spot every time I have thousands of hours and don’t want to lose my save any help would be greatly appreciated

Recently when playing ATS, I've noticed that driving for long enough will result in my truck just deciding to turn to one side really aggressively for no apparent reason.

For example, I'll be moving along the highway, in 8th gear, hardly interacting with the wheel and not even touching my shifter, and all of the sudden, bam, the truck cuts to the left. Sometimes its to the right, sometimes its to the left. I've even taken my hands off the wheel when I notice its happening so I can verify its not from my own input.

I've noticed it also happens the exact same way in ETS2 as well. I haven't changed any settings in ETS2 yet but in ATS I reset everything to default with the sole exception of some key binds (blinkers) and re-added the input methods for my wheel and shifter. Other than that, there are no changes to the game that I can tell would cause this.

Is this just a result of the way I drive or how I'm shifting? The issue is also present at low speeds when I'm turning (my wheel will get loose and wrench to one side way too fast occasionally)
Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to solve this?

Using the Logitech G920 and driving force shifter with an Eaton Fuller 18 speed attachment on the shifter head.

ive been stuck here for a while, ive took off mods that i think might be causing the issue like car pack and density mods but its still happening ive followed the car like 3 times but it keeps turning over there how do i fix it. even if i turned left and didnt crash, i failed. this is Portland - Newport transport helicopter special transport delivery

Already waiting for DLS on buses in ETS 2? I can already imagine how my passengers will give me a low rating for fast driving and sharp braking🤣

By the way, I thought so it would be cool if it would turn out to be similar to DLC on cars like in PBX and if there were European cars, it would be cool to drive some kind of German autobahn on a Porsche or bmw.

As the title says ; the trucks I drive in ETS2 always keep driving at a slow speed after I release the accelerator pedal. It slows down but never fully stops.

It's not the cruise control, nor the engine brake.

I use the Logitech L29 steering wheel and pedals. But that hardware and its settings are OK, because if I drive the truck with the keyboard only, I have the same problem.

The problem persists when I use other trucks. I installed a few camera mods, I doubt that could be the cause. Disabling them did nothing about the problem.

I really want to fix it, because it's not a realistic way of driving.

I think the problem was already there when I installed the game, but I'm not sure about that.

I searched on the internet for the solution, but no-one else seems to have this problem.

Been using TDO for a long time, but I saw GMC one with a lot more maps. But honestly I don't know if GMC have a good quality control, with good quality map, not that much bugs, good load order....

Users of GMC, what do you think?

I wanna get fines that make sense. I mean like the fine for running a red light is applied with a cop nearby....or a flock camera nearby also the fine should be pricey not 300$ I mean heavy fines in the thousands. Any mod close to this ?

I'm trying to use this DriftOZ steering wheel, but I'm really struggling. I don't know if I'm configuring the settings wrong or if it's just an inherent limitation of 180-degree wheels. Basically, I can't find a balance between maneuverability and driving sensitivity. If I keep the sensitivity high—or increase the degrees in the game settings—the wheel becomes overly sensitive on the road; but if I lower it, it handles well on the road while taking ages to turn during maneuvers.

I'm thinking of getting the Hori with 1800-degree rotation, but in the meantime, maybe someone has managed to correctly set up a steering wheel similar to mine! Thanks to all!

For me it was the Trucks itself, from my childhood Ive been attached to big and heavy trucks and buses , and being a Valo player I really wanted to take a break from it and found out about ETS2 through my friend's big bro and I just thought lets try it AND MY GODDD, I loved it from the very get go, I was able to explore Europe , though it was virtually but it genuinely felt nice and around 6 months later I found out about ATS and bought that too. Since then I have been playing atleast 10 hours every week.
