About 20 hours into my remastered playthrough and parts of the game are crazy dark. I just chalked it up to all the graphics bugs and used a torch or cat potion. Then the Gamma setting caught my eye when going into the menu for something else.

So yeah, go check that you can barely see the wolf in the gamma setting lol.

So i went through and downloaded a ton of mods for a more book accurate playthrough and decided to take a couple screenshots of my geralt to show the world

So I just got the sword at level 50 and was wondering what the best/most efficient way to level it up was? I was initially thinking I could go to Mont Crane Castle and farm the enemies there but I’m not 100% sure if that place is effective or if there was somewhere else I should go to instead?

I haven't touched the game since last year. Euphoria has been nerfed further since 2 green abilities are now yellow. Do you know any ways to push it even higher from 190%. I am wearing Tousaint Knight Steel Sword, Aerondwight and Nilfguardian Guardsman gloves and the manticore chest, boots and trousers.

I've had this since I first arrived in Novigrad with the remaster, but there seems to be an issue with the map for lighting by the rosemary and thyme.

Has anyone else come across this? I kinda assume this is an AMD thing since I'm using a Steam Deck

Man i love this game.

Witcher 3 … I need help. I want to explore naturally but all these questions marks are making it hard to do that. It’s my first playthrough and I’m at heaterton in Velen. There’s no quests that send me north of heatherton (yet?) but there are question marks up there…. How do I know if the game is going to send me up there later with a side quest or if I’m just supposed to go explore ? When you start at Hang mans tree they throw so many question marks but at least one that I know of is out of level so I just went to the inn. When do you guys choose following a quest vs the unexplored area ? My anxieties are killing me here

*second attempt because Reddit removed my first post about this* \*I recently started playing again after the remaster dropped. I’m at the point in act 3 where I can see it in my quests to play, but it won’t appear on the map when I track it. I have it unlocked, completed all of the pre requisite side quests I could find online (A Matter Of Life And Death, Now or Never, A Deadly Plot, An Eye for An Eye, Redanias Most Wanted), I bribed Dijkstra with information and he even gave me the quest, but I cannot actually go to wherever it is. It doesn’t pop up on my map at all. If anyone has run into this issue and fixed it, please let me know!
