I was a fool and logged into Reddit before trying out the new update. I was really nervous based on all the criticism/hate/dissapointment expressed in many posts I seen this morning. THANK THE GODS this hasn't been my experience. Playing on Xbox series X. Gameplay is smooth the visuals are fantastic for my eyes. I can definitely feel the improvements in the movement aswell. Over all im personally really enjoying/impressed with the update. Its unfortunate others seems to be plagued with issues (seems to be alot of PC). Hope y'all have a fantastic day slaying monsters and banging sorcereresses. LLAP

Just sharing the results of my experiment with nvidia filters, reshade and DLSS 5 on 4K, for those who like to experiment too and may want similar more grounded grimmer look of game.

I’m running this on a 5070 Ti at around 70°C and roughly 50 FPS, with 1 FPS of image generation. So far, I haven’t noticed much ghosting or other issues, its really rare. The game feels smooth and responsive.

Interestingly, DLSS 5 isn’t the most demanding setting. It has a surprisingly small performance impact. The biggest performance hit comes from Path Tracing. If I turn Path Tracing off, my FPS almost doubles, but the game also looks noticeably worse.

Still experimenting with the settings, but so far I’m pretty happy with the results. Honestly screenshots doesnt do it much justice.

Really struggling on the 9070xt 😂😂

I dont know why but i'm actually leaning more to Triss in comparison to Yennefer

I only buy Blood and Wine DLC and kinda shock to know Hearts and stone already included today..... Which means the only update that we would get is graphic enhancement on 29th September? I'm confuse

saw this game had over 800 awards 16 dlcs and 2 expansions, i have a feeling ill be spending a lot of time on this game

After this scene, a woman with grey hair screams "murderer" at me. Quite annoying and unfair, especially since i cant remember her or what she talking about.... Anyway, can i kill her?

Not my screenshot.

Decided to eavesdrop on these kids... They did not disappoint

Yeah, i took these shots myself

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Songs of the Past

I’ve played a few hours into the game and honestly wish this was the main character u play with this sweet dash ability.

I love the scuffed bird models in this game 😭😭😭

I don't see how people can just like Shani. From the moment I found out she played Gwent, I fell in love with her.

Been really obsessed with using yrden this playthrough for some reason, I never knew magic trap worked as a trophy system for projectiles

I’m really liking the new update, how about you guys?

For a second i thought they added snakes to the bestiary..
