Pretty much what the title says.

I'm using Sun's Dusk - Needs & Survival, and while it provides excellent and unobtrusive basic needs, it also adds bathing, which I turn off.

Unfortunately, this mod also adds Sload Soap to the inventory of every single publican & general merchant in the game for bathing purposes. Turning off the bathing module does not remove it from the merchants inventory.

"Sload Soap isn't soap" aside, it's still a rare alchemical ingredient (11 total in all of vanilla) . While I recognize this is done for gameplay reasons, I find it really immersion breaking.

Anybody know of a way to remove the Sload Soap from their inventory lists?

the popular mod feature drug smuggling and all that operation within the Adanumuran cave, but it seems even if you have already loaded that cell, it actually brings you to a new interior?
"With mods that add to Adanumuran: you won't have access to the original cave. (unless you coc)"
it also says
"- Explore Dwemer ruins to find Dwemeri artefacts (including new loot: apparatus, lockpicks, hammers)
- Explore caves to find raw ebony."
so I don't know of this changes dwemer ruins or some caves?

Lastly it mentions that its incompatible with mods that "alter the Imperial confiscated goods or the Bitter Coast or Ascadian Isles shipwrecks, manors, mines and caves"
I still don't know if that just adds a little item in those interiors, which should be fine to my saved game, even if the cell was previously loaded. If it overhauls them, then I think that would have broke the cell though.

I don't know thats why im asking anyone whose played this mod if this mod makes cell edits or just add items for you to collect.
