Eggs, hash browns, onions and bell peppers, chopped up pork sausage and cheddar cheese. Seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika and chives.

I’m working on some tacos and wine pairings. Here is my homemade (pardon the lighting, though!) beef gaonera taco with a matching light-bodied natural red wine. I’m not trying to make this premium. But I feel like there is a lot of potential with a gastronomic match of a taco and a glass of wine.

What do you think? Worth trying to launch at a Mexican restaurant as a date night pairing offer?

Hello everyone, I’m from an African country and I’d love to know how to make the shells from scratch. I’ve watch a lot of YouTube videos but the corn flour just does not work right. Is it a particular kind of flour or I’d have to mill the corn a kind of way. Do I also add all purpose flour or should I just use that for the taco shells?
Please help, I’m dying to do this for my girlfriend when I go see her

Had leftover potatoes mixed with al pastor. Sprayed my tortillas with virgin olive oil . Warmed n stuffed. Add more olive oil spray n airfryed. Was great with avocado smashed with green salsa..Go Dodgers..
