I was pretty sure i had done the quest, but i read the book that gives it to you again, by accident, and it restarted i think? I was in a camp, guy spawned that had the sword, the questline started again, so i followed it again, thinking i might be confused with another playthrough i did recently were i had done the quest, but no, i went back to the cave, put the sword in the stone to open the door, and the boss coffin was empty(and the dungeon looted), so now i just have 2.

I'm not that experienced in this game, haven't played it a lot and this is my first "serious" playthrough, so myabe it's intended and i just don't know it is, but it doesn't really look like it's intended.

I think it’s funny even if it’s kinda putting out of the story 😂

Because I have noticed some NPCs being vampires in plain sight (I have only noticed one I think, one of the court mages in solitude) and lm wondering if they were there in the base game or added as part of the dawnguard content

Seemed to be a normal tree and normal water and normal giants and normal mammoths.

Except there were blue vapors coming off the water and the tree, as you can see, is blue.

I’m planning to start a completely fresh Skyrim Special Edition playthrough on PS5, playing on Survival Mode and aiming for the Platinum trophy, including all DLC trophies.

I’m also planning to make this a very long and immersive playthrough. I want to explore pretty much everything Skyrim has to offer, complete all the major questlines, discover as many locations as possible, and experience as much content as I can with a single character.

I’m really interested in Paid Verified Creations, especially those marked as achievement/trophy-friendly, since I don’t want to disable trophies during this playthrough.

I’m particularly interested in survival, immersion, exploration, new quests, player homes, equipment, world expansions, and anything that makes Skyrim feel more alive.

Since I’m playing on PS5, I’d love to know which Paid Verified Creations are actually available on PlayStation and which ones are worth buying.

I’m also especially interested in stability, compatibility, and potential bugs, since I want this to be a long-term playthrough that could easily last hundreds of hours.

Which Paid Verified Creations would you recommend for a playthrough like this?

Are there any you consider must-haves, or any I should avoid?

i played on pc so the default key is alt which is so inconvenient. i played on expert mod and its my first time ever playing skyrim. nothing more to say just disappointment.

Just wanted to share that after loading about 40 amiibo chests into a load zone the size of a motel room, the game decides to do weird stuff.

Including, but not limited to, having all the chests, debris and mannequins that were pushed out to the void respawn at the door and continue sliding towards the back wall. Making a never ending stream of BOTW chests for me to swim against desperately trying to touch the ladder before the Switch exploded.

Any other horror stories about chest rivers please post below this was fun lol

Here's my current crew. On the left is who im playin as, Kelesk Calisar, beeg ol' Argonian (who id abnormally tall) warrior with a perpetual shock cloak due to a hiccup with his body's magicka regulation. Far right is the fan favorite, Inigo, and in the middle is Sa'Chil, the focus of this post.

Now the funny thing i mention is that i've become pretty much useless 🤣 my gear isnt well upgraded, and im not that deep into the two handed tree since i focused on other aspects. So my damage is tied to a trait. But Inigo is rockin his bow so he has great damage since Bows are just good. Then comes Sa'Chil. I dunno what caused it, but her magic upgraded. She was rockin FireBolts earlier but now she has FireBalls and a variant of Flames that leaves Fire on the ground and she just destroys the enemies.

So im just cracking up at the mental image of this beeg ol' lizard guy getting carried in combat by this cat lady half his size cause she fuckin studied at the library 🤣

the vigil of stendarr make me so sad. all they do is die and fail and it suxks .

So I just did the awakening quest to get Serana because she's awesome and I got a mod that gives her more dialogue so I wanted to try it out. I'm saying this because I became a vampire because I love vampires and having glowing eyes plus the boosts with the necromage perk is great. The problem is I just remembered I wanted to do the companion quest line which means I need to be a werewolf. I haven't actually done that whole quest before so I figured i would, but becoming a werewolf cures my vampire stuff. I'm pretty sure I can have harkon turn me back after but I want to make sure. Also yes I know Serana can do it going into the Soul Cairn but I'd rather not progress that far in the questline right now. So if I do the companions quest line can I get harkon to turn me into a vamp again?

Hello I thought i'd scream into the air and wonder if anyone else has been struggling with this issue as badly as I have.

I have been playing Skyrim off my PS5 for a while now. Ever since the August hotfix I have been Soft-Locked out of my game.

All the creation club additions with the Special Edition and my purchased ones with Credits. Are unavailable and uninstalled!
for months now I have been plagued with "Couldn't Connect to Bethesda.net servers."

i have uninstalled the game, several times, rebuilt my network, contactated Bethesda supported which resulted them in Un-linking and re-linking my account. Even changed to a different system.

I had no issues, nothing prior to this huge update and i usually have auto-updates turned off. I'm devastated that further contact with support lead to no resolution.

This sucks a lot too because I was in charge of several mods that I had created and were maintaining for Bethesda.Net
and now i can't access my own Creations menu to access my own mods.

Idk if its the lines or the voice actor but ive been doing the dark brotherhood questline and i just wanna fucking tear my ears off whenever she speaks it makes me cringe so bad

Bethesda did dirty female and gay gamers with male marriage options in vanilla. Half of them look dirty, are balding, got bad painted faces and look homeless and in one occasion IS actually a homeless guy.

Out of nowhere Ria attacked me at the stairs of the Skyforge. I ran down and the guards took care of her so I didn’t get a bounty or anything but is this a bug or something? Should I go back to an earlier save? I’ve completed the Companion quest line and otherwise I’m all good in Whiterun so I’m kinda confused. I am a werewolf (and keep forgetting lol) if that matters

So Meridia’s Beacon was in the dawnstar sanctuary in the large chest when Cicero attacked the falkreath sanctuary, and I didn’t grab it then. Well, I’ve finished the dark brotherhood questline, and no longer have access to the chest. I wanna get dawnbreaker, but no way to get Meridia’s Beacon, so what should I do? Will it pop up somewhere else or??

I haven’t played in a bit. But my go to is Nord Heavy armor 1 handed weapons and a shield. The magic stuff doesn’t really do it for me i like exploring and fighting things head on.
