Apparently I'm an idiot. But they still aren't great

Update: going in for round 2 with a lot of butter and low heat. Stay tuned (10:58pst)

I know someone who buys brand new sets of non stick pans every couple of months because they "stop working and didn't work very well anyway". But this same doofus will use a fork and leave gouges in CERAMIC COATED PANS after their eggs stick a little because they dropped them in cold on cold and then blasted them on high heat. I've stopped correcting them.
